9 Week Pre Contest Log

First of all, I know I am going to get a lot of members criticizing me on this somewhat unorthodox first cycle. However, I still am going to do this log.

I will be preparing for a contest late April with assistance from an experienced trainer/coach. I will not be deviating from this plan, but any useful tips for side effects and or prevention of such would be greatly appreciated.

Beginning Stats:
Weight - 176
Height - 5’11"
Body Fat - 5%
Age - 21

Gear: (Week1)
Tren A - 37.5mg MWF
Primo - 50mg MWF
Adex - 1/2ml EOD

Week 2:
Tren - 56mg MWF
Primo - 75mg MWF
Adex - 1/2ml EOD

Week 3: (Same as Week 2)

Week 4:
Tren - 75mg MWF
Primo - 100mg MWF
Adex - 1/2ml EOD

Yes, I am aware of the possible effects of not including testosterone, but for now, it’s being left out. That’s why I figured this might be an interesting log.

I just pinned first time this morning, no problem in the quad. Gear is thick as hell. Went slow, not sure if I am going to be sore or not.

Macronutrient Breakdown:
Protein - 325
Carbohydrates - 250
Fat - 95

Training:
Chest and Triceps - Day 1
Back and Biceps - Day 2
Off - Day 3
Shoulders - Day 4
Legs - Day 5
Off - Day 6
Repeat - Day 7

Cardio:
5 days a week, 30 minutes walking on incline.
