You can email him. Tell him BB2K sent you. He has a great deal on the lifestyle diet. A competition diet is more expensive but you can make amazing results with his lifestyle diet. He has an amazing knoweldge of food and dieting and works with all ranges of people from me and you to Pro Fitness, Figure, Bodybuilding, MMA, Football ETC. Keep me posted, he is VERY much worth the money.

Nice work. But you don;t look to be completely out of shape in the first pic (as bad as youre making it look :)) You look like a guy who lifts in the first pic and are obviously carrying decent size. But Amazing how you stripped off as much fat as you did at your age. Well done. 10/10.

I am in Independence, MO about 3hrs west of St. Louis. I love Columbia, SC beautiful place. SC is nice but MO has alot more to offer.

How am i making it “look”? I was 240lbs at approx 40% bf. Can make it look worse than it was. lol
