What exercises do you use for your legs?
I normally do leg press, box squats, lunges, leg ext and leg curls. I love box squats. I switch it up from time to time with full squats, my legs arent very strong, i can squat 315 for 6-8 maybe and can only leg press 1300 for 10. its a bitch not being able to straighten my right leg out, cant flex it like my left.
thanks guys, i am trying like hell to add size but damn its hard. i am starting the MAX OT training routine monday, i feel it will help me out. i will keep a log here when i do.
Great work and a nice guy to boot!
Making my 32 yr old fat arse look bad.

yes you can say its a disability. lol I did for years. lol It was a long hard road but i loved it. The diet Chuch set up for me did an amazing job, it really peeled the fat off. had i stuck to the diet 100% i would have been a lot leaner.

Ok. You’re just being humble. That’s pretty good by my standards. Especially at your bodyweight. You have done a phenomenal transformation.

Please elaborate. I’m sure it’s just a misspelling.

What kind of size? Do you mean just nice trim lean muscle or general mass? Your before proves that you can gain just mass.
i really need to improve my lats, legs and arms. they are stubborn as hell. my chest and shoulders take off easily. biggest problem i have is i dont have a training partner that has the same goals as i do. they all are lazy. lol I need someone to kick my ass.
You did great work man! I’m 33 and if I can look as good as you by the time I’m 40 I will be happy. That is 7 years! Sticking to it will be the key.
I really don’t know a thimble worths compared to the people here but I’d say if you want your dome to look smaller in pics, haha, build your traps. It will shorten the appearance of your neck and in turn blend the ol pumpkin in with the rest of ya.
Congratulations on the transformation!

I might check out Chuck’s page I could use a few pointers.
I was born and raised in Rockingham, NC. not to far from you. I use to go ice skating at Eastland Mall.

Yup. That’s the site I found when I Googled “diet by Chuch.” Is he worth the money? I don’t know why I’m asking, look at you!
