Two Years Training at 15

Give the guy credit for what he’s achieved. You have no idea how difficult it is to add mass with long-ass limbs (or maybe you do lol)

The guy is looking for advice. I’m giving mine. He can take it or leave it. You have any usefull advice for flashnumba or you just looking to call people names?

Ummm, my useful advice was, if he wants to bulk, to refrain from listening to people who are emaciated bean poles like himself …

Oh and Eddie-

Do you disagree with my advice or just that I can give it?

Well, I disagree with your advice BECAUSE you lack credibility.

However, you have a good point…it is a website commmunity, not a team of experts. He knows that.

Don’t worry bro, I mean nothing personal by it.

You do have a point. I actually do not know…I’m 5’8, 190 lbs. Sorry if I seemed a little quick to criticize. I have a split personality disorder. One moment I’m pissed off and the other I’m happy. And right now, I’m happy.

But don’t worry, me and the dude are tight now, so it’s all good brodda!

If he wants to grow, he can wait until he’s 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, or beyond.

He has about half a century left to grow horizontally. There’s not a person on earth who looks at 50 the way they did at 15 (in terms of mass alone, excluding all other aspects of appearance).

Your “young kids who never grow” turn into pudgy, overweight 30-year-olds. They join corporate gyms and relate to personal trainers such as myself how they “used to be so skinny”. I hear it all the time. He has plenty of time to get fat.

You only get to be “naturally lean” once in your life. Might as well enjoy it. The only growth he should be concerned about now is vertical growth, since that’s what sets exceptional men apart from sub-par ones in the eyes of the world.

i already do scullcrushers kickbacks dips and close grip bench
does anyone have any brighter ideas?
Yeah, CG overhead smith lockouts.

Kickbacks are worthless.

With the Burkenau workout plan he’d be incredibly lean!!
He looks the way that 15 years olds should look. Not some fat “porky” stereotype like that guy from Varsity Blues. Your bodyfat shouldn’t exceed your age after puberty.

And I thought I was the only pothead on this forum. Greetings fellow dude, lets light up together.

Explains your lizard man fetish

yo eat a lot 2 protein shakes a day when your training 1 when your not lift heavy weight like reps of 2 or 3 cause the training your doin is to get strenght

How do you do in sports? With that sort of strength at 15 you must kick everyones ass.

well im a sophmore playing varsity linebacker soo id assume

i do fairly well for my age

Chicks don’t like small dicks.

I think everyone should stop being judgmental pricks on this site. People post on this site, asking for pointers and help, as well as their opinions and all I really notice is bad mouthing people.

I also don’t like reading someone post and having them lie about simple things such as diets. You obviously don’t eat 4500 calories a day. You don’t need 4500 calories a day for your age, you need to make sure you eat alot. Good foods and above your daily recommended calorie intake. You are too young for such a diet, you may not even have pubes for all we know.

You have your weak looking physique because you haven’t hit the ripe age where you have enough testosterone to make serious gains. But that doesn’t mean you cannot make good gains.
I suggest you change your routine and say something a little more realistic next time.
If you can squat 200 pounds in real life I’d probably cry and take pitty on myself for doing 496 pounds.

You have good building blocks for your age, but you also have too low bf% put on atleast another 5%. Alot of people will dissagree and say more, but you’re a teenager and all you care about is looks and girls and you’ll feel comfortable with that.

Look up as man dumbbell exercises you can, make a good routine. Push yourself a little bit more then what you usually would. You’ll see gains, as little as they’ll be.

Actually, all those vids you posted you kinda made all that stuff look easy, save for the power clean, but everyone else already mentioned the form issues. If you can’t do it with good form, probably don’t do it, and if you were competing or whatever you’d get flagged and the lift would be a miss.

But I was amazed when I saw you lift all those weights boy! Frick. Once you get some mass your going to be even better than you already are!

Could you post a squat vid?

Oh and part of the reason you might not be gaining is because your burning 4500 cals a day, with all the running your doing, plus being 15 you probably need about 2500 or so a day just to be yourself, add football practice and track and field, man your going to have to chug 1-1/2 gallons of whole milk a day on top of what your already eating. Milk is a good gainer, give it a try.
