Just because I’m not “bulked” doesn’t mean I can’t give advice on getting there.

I disagree. For example, I wouldn’t ask financial advice from somebody poorer than me. I wouldn’t ask my mechanic for dental advice. And I’m not the type of person that would go to a marriage counsellor who had just finished his 4th divorce(btw I know one LOL).

Get the picture? Granted, perhaps a dentist was once an amateur mechanic…there are exceptions, but the point is that you must prove credibility somehow.

But dude, I’m not going to trust your advice if you’re a string bean unless you prove some kind of credibility. Anybody can google how to do something.

The guy is looking for advice. I’m giving mine. He can take it or leave it. If he only wanted an expert opinion he wouldn’t be posting here. Not every great coach or teacher has been an outstanding achiever in their field.

Oh and Eddie-

Do you disagree with my advice or just that I can give it? You have any usefull advice for flashnumba or you just looking to call people names?

Ummm, my useful advice was, if he wants to bulk, to refrain from listening to people who are emaciated bean poles like himself …

Well, I disagree with your advice BECAUSE you lack credibility.

However, you have a good point…it is a website commmunity, not a team of experts. He knows that.

Don’t worry bro, I mean nothing personal by it.

Well, as long as it’s not personal…

lol…friends?

I would like to give my tri’s a boost
i already do scullcrushers kickbacks dips and close grip bench
does anyone have any brighter ideas?

It looks as if OP is on the new Auschwitz Diet!
With the Burkenau workout plan he’d be incredibly lean!!

/sarcasm

Decent base, but ‘squats and milk’ is all I’ve got to say to you…

Weighted dips should be a primary move 5x5, declined skull crushers for a seconday 4x5, and close grip bench press(reverse grip) for tertiary 3x5 and reverse grip pull downs as an auxiliary 1x15. If you have a partner sit with a towel or rope in hands with elbows over head and hands behind you neck. Have partner pull down on the towel to add resistance(just enough to allow you to extend your triceps overhead). As your triceps begins to fail(and they will) you partner should adjust resistance accordingly. Before you know it he’ll be helping you lift the towel

Enjoy…
