Exactly, no offense but he’s really small. I know he’s 15 and all but age shouldn’t have anything to do with the rating. I’m not trying to hate because this kid is doing well for his age but I’ve seen alot better physiques get lower scores than this.
i dont know. i dont want to discourage the kid by giving him a low rating cause hes doing more than i was at that age by a long shot. at the same time hes no where near that rating. but then again i cant remember the last time RMP was a place to be taken seriously anyway.

im doing reverse bench press on the smith right now. i cant see any other way to do em cause trust me lifting that thing off from a regular bench is awkward as hell. just eat a shit ton of good food and keep at it.
if you keep your attitude and dedication good without doing a bunch of b.s. youll be making good gains once your hormones set in.
