Two Week Cycle and Workout

YEEEEEEEEEAH BUDDDDDDDDDDDY (Ronnie Coleman style)

Good shit on those tri extensions Tone.

That’s esp. damn good too considering you’ve been having shoulder problems. I gave mine a little tweakage the other night doing those…

I’m hitting 800 right now and it is absolutely marvelous… in case you missed the last few posts in my thread I suggest reading them to find out exactly how marvelous they are…

HAHA I love it! way to put him in his place tone. i can just picture it in my head right now lol and definitely second jelly on that attaboy those are some killer number on the back-arm extends. nice work.
I know you can bro. It's just all too common these days unfortunately. Funny how incessantly loud they have to talk man, it's weird. I guess they have platued for so long with the same weight, that they resort to just being "in your face" to impress for some reason. Seriously though, that's why I'm glad I usually go in the early am.

Just happened to have needed to get those different height cable ab exercises in and couldn’t do em at home so there I was hangin with the clowns. It was nice to see a very few, like one or two seriously huge and powerful guys there though. Funny thing was, they were very quiet and just chilling. Looked like they were thinking the same shit I was.

Thanks too for the words of motivation. I know the majority of my lifts don't impress yet from being rehabbed for so long now, but at least I got a few things going really above average. Shit I'm not complaining though, those are the best squat numbers I've had since before my water skiing accident which jacked up my right knee and sent the days of decent leg strength and size far away for the longest damn time. So, I'm really happy with the outcome of everything. The shoulders are feeling good, and no problems with the ramping up on dips. I am feeling like the next phase Schwarz designs for me is going to have some more chest work in it, and a balance of things, and I'm really excited to see what he has in store after this next last week of the routine, and cycle.

           Anyway, I'm rambling here.

Thanks World, I've been watching your thread and have been stoked to see what you're puttin up man. Hopefully you just got a little tweakage and it will work itself right here on your delts. Yeah, jesus, 800 sounds like a fuckin powerhouse of bullstud test!!

             The thread is looking great!

Congratulations on a beautiful squat too bro. Damn solid as hell. It’s hard to get even close to some of you guys out here, but I’m climbin the ladder slowly but surely, ha, haaa!!

                take care,

                   TBN

And so here’s todays delt circuit and forearm breakdown.
Up on every damn thing, some significant, some a little bit.

First off the delt circuit.
I am now using the jump flex bands from elite fitness on everything but the very demanding band external rotations. That I’m still using the grey theraband for just choked up, which is still a tough mother for those.

DELT CIRCUIT: 3X15. SUPERSETTED 90 SEC REST BTW.

DB CUBAN ROTATIONS: 3X15
LT: 15/12 X 3.
TT: 15/15 X 3.

BAND EXTERNAL ROTATIONS: 3X15. GREY THERABAND.
LT: 3X15.
TT: 3X15.
Basicly just choking up more on these slowly but surely.

BAND PULL APARTS: 3X15. MONSTER MINI JUMP FLEX BAND.
LT: GREY BAND, 3X15
TT: M.MINI, 3X15. WOW…

BAND DISLOCATES: 3X15. MONSTER MINI
LT: GREY 3X15
TT: M.MINI 3X15 BRUTAL.

BAND PRESS: 3X15. M.MINI BAND
LT: GREY BAND, 3X15.
TT: M.MINI, 3X15

That’s a tough son of a bitch, and I can really feel the new musculature of the smaller muscled portion of my upper back, ie: rhomboid/infraspin/supraspin/traps. Damn!!

FOREARMS:

REVERSE DB WRIST CURLS: 3X15.
LT: 15/14-10/16, 15/14, 15/14-10/20. STRIP SETS
TT: 15/15, 15/15, 15/15-10/20. STRIP SETS

BARBELL BEHIND BACK WRIST CURLS: 3X15.
LT: 135/15, 135/13, 135/12-95/19. STRIP
TT: 135/15, 145/7-135/15, 135/11-95/18. STRIP

HAMMER CURLS: 3X15.
LT: 30/15, 30/15, 30/15.
TT: 35/15, 35/12-30/15, 35/10-30/15. STRIPPED.

PRONATIONS: 3X15. HUMBLING MOTHER PHOOKAZZ!!
But great for the extensors and flexors!
LT: 7.5 ONE SIDE DB/15, 7.5/15, 7.5/15. TOUGH.
TT: 10/12, 10/10-7.5/15, 10/11-7.5/15. REAL TOUGH.

Great workout again. The low back is feeling much, much better than I would have ever guessed guys. The hormones must be helping with this somehow. Anyway, got those damn split squats tomorrow. Fuck I went through hell to get those 52.5lb DB's up last week, I'm not looking forward to those again, but ya gotta love em right? Ha, haa. Also, the left quad shot stung a bit at first, but now is feeling sweet and painless.

Nice to see everyone else doing so well out here on the forum by the way guys. Really proud to be in the mix with all of you ruffians. Have a good sleep all.

Dang, I’ve missed out on quite a bit here. Your logs and progress are very motivating, TB. Keep it up!

          Hey thanks a lot 5.0.

It definitely helps keep me motivated to see the cool comments that guys like you and the rest of the gang drop off on the thread here and there! Feeling good still, and looks like I have at least enough for next week and even into the following. So this looks to be turning into a 3 or maybe even 4 week program if I utilize the first vial after reheating and sterilizing it as best possible.

What's on your plate for upcoming festivities?

                   ToneBone

Great work Tone!

What’s next?
kroby wrote:

        Hi Krobzilla!

Well, the next phase of my routine is coming up quick here, and I should have some things lined up for that. So far I have some drol/win lined up. I have one more week of the routine next week, then Schwarz is going to tweak it and change it around to something different.

My current supply of injec looks to be able to go past next week slightly, perhaps another full week at most. So that should fit in nicely if I'm deloading and the goods can really go to recovery during the deload, as that's my most likely scenario. I could go with another full out effort with 8x3 on sets/reps for my main move,Box squats, but realistically I will probably deload. Which really was very effective in gains during that week last month.

On a side note about my shot frequency. I have been shooting eod and on Fridays to Monday with no shot in between with great results. No mood swings or sides at all from this. I know some guys swear prop has to be shot ed, and all, but for me Mon/Wed/Fri, has been just fine and dandy. I just up the dose on Friday by 2. So it's .5/.5/1.0ml each day respectively.

And how are things going for you?

                   ToneBone

That’s awesome. I don’t believe you’ll have any issues with the sterility.

My plan is pretty traditional, a 12 weeker at 500mg test and 300mg of EQ. Nothing earth shattering there.

All brown nosing aside, it amazes me the tenacity you attack your program and keep up with the log. After I get through reading, I feel like I just came out of a Rocky movie!

Thanks, and your cycle sounds like a beauty too. That should be a great stack, 500T/300Eq. Sounds like a very effective mass gainer there. I don't see myself going anywhere over 800mg/week any time soon, shit I'm getting solid gains with this 400mg/week cycle right now. Of course this was kind of like testing the waters again to see how I'd handle the test as compared to the first go round when 1200mg/week took me down with the quickness.

But I can definitely see upping it to more like 600-800 for the next round whenever that comes to be. I have felt really good, nothing like the superhuman feeling most of the guys with the higher end doses feel like though.

As a matter of fact, to be honest, I'm burned out today, and really am kind of dreading the amount of effort it's going to take on the split squats again to match what I did last week. But, after reading your post, I already have a little mental "pick me up"!! So thanks!

My back has been a little under the weather as you may have read about, and I’ve been getting awakened earlier than usual with family members etc needing attention, so I’m really feeling pretty rundown today. But like I said, your comments have kickstarted the process, so I’m going to eat something and try to kick ass again with todays leg workout as best I can.

              great comraderie going on!

                   ToneBone
Wow, can't believe I made it through this one as good as I did. I didn't go up in weight on all of it, but pulled off some more sets/reps on the exercises where the weight stayed the same. This was my goal really on the split squats, as they're at a weight that's very hard for me to get through, and I had to use every tool I had this time to duplicate, and better last weeks effort. So, without further ado, here's how it went.

LEGS:

DYNAMIC WARM UPS: YOU BETCHA.

SPLIT SQUATS: 3X5. EACH LEG. AARRRGGGHHHH!!!

LT: 52.5/5, 52.5/(5,4)(L/R), 42.5/5.
TT: 52.5/5, 52.5/5, 52.5/5.
I had to think of my deceased mother and another friend who’s now gone, and imagine “bringing them back” if I got the reps, to get these done on the last two sets. It worked. Very, very tough bastards. Trailing leg’s knee hits bottom every rep too. 19" height bench.

LEG CURLS: 3X10.
LT: 85/10, 115/7, 105/10, 105/9.
TT: 85/10, 115/7.75, 105/10, 105/10.
Tough. Lower back was feeling effort slightly from this weeks tweakage too. But not bad.

STANDING CALF RAISES: 2X15, 1X50.
LT: 135/15, 155/15, 65/50.
TT: 135/15, 175/15, 175/15, 95/50.(Two 3-5 sec pauses during last 50 repper to get through).

EXTRA WORK: Don’t kill me Schwarz.

LEG EXTENSIONS: 3X10.
85/12, 120/10, 170/12, 170/11. With 1-2 sec pause, top of extension) Nice, I still like these as they seem to add definition/seperation of the rectus femoris and vastus medialis in my opinion. Anyway, just threw these in for the hell of it. Once you get past the evil split squats, anything is pretty much cake at that point, ha,haaaa!!

I am blowing off Abs today. I know I should leave well enough alone for the lower back strain from Monday, and dragon flags are probably asking for trouble on that front, so I'm going to call pussy and just drop the standing cable crunches too. It's cold out there right now. First time I ever blew anything off the Schwarz routine, please go easy on me buddy!!

Got the stretches in though. Feel good about getting those squats in for one more set at the big weight. I honestly didn’t think that would happen, wasn’t even sure about matching last weeks for that matter. Amazing.

Well, thanks guys, you're all really, really, helping me stay motivated, and I hope I'm keeping you guys amped up too with my log details. Again, I just want to say it's nice to see the quality and caliber of some of the guys who are currently logging here right now. I've really enjoyed Cortes, 5.0's, worlds, and some of the vets as well. I won't comment on a certain raw meat eating chap, as,....well, never mind. MWAHAHAAAA!

Anywho, fuck of a week for me this week was. Jesus H! Looking forward to tomorrows “extra” volume shot of 1ml. compared to the Mon/Wed shots of .5ml. I think I really need the extra goods after this weeks workload.

             take care all,

                  ToneBone

hehe…I do like your approach to getting the Split Squats done. It’s almost at the point where you are selling your soul for just one more rep…

Now on your band work, what’s the Band Press? I imagine it’s just like it sounds but I can’t quite picture it…

Oh, and you are dead bang on with how good some of the logs are on here, you setting the bar for intensity of posts as always.

Hey buddy, how the hell are things in Canada?

Yeah they require a particularly sadistic mindset those bastards do…I will say they are barely starting to really get easier for me. Where I got my balance under control with light weight, which actually took a while too, now with the heavy weight, it’s very difficult with one leg in particular to keep the trail foot on the bench at times, but it is getting easier slowly. Christ they’re a bitch though.
On the band press, picture it like this. You grip the band choked up appropriately to your strength allowing, and start at what would be the end of a military press position. Hands over your head, about shoulder or a little wider width. You now, pull down and out with the band at the same time. So it’s kind of a combo of a pulldown, with a behind the neck press bottom position. Then flex hard and tense the rhomboid/traps while down and hold for a sec or two. Then go back up, and let the band tension bring your arms back to approx shoulder width at the top once again, and you’re done with one rep. I’m using the heavier bands from elite fitness, and the monster mini’s have a nice bit of resistance to them. You just use whatever band you can work with, and choke up or back on it to adjust how difficult you want it. I try to make it as hard as possible on the last two sets allowing perfect form still throughout. Otherwise why even do it right? I gotta watch the partner constantly, as he always tries to slip one by me, but never succeeds. It gets a little tedious and old actually. But we’ve been pals for decades since being little guys in 7th grade so what do you do ya know? Ha, haaa. He takes it pretty good, as I sometimes really give it to him verbally!

I thank you as usual for the discription of my posts. I try to be as real as possible since we're all seperated by such a vast space.

Good to hear from you buddy, how are your workouts rolling along these days?

                  ToneBone

Don’t worry Tone, we won’t let some of the negative nancies banish you back to the blogging days haha. About the split squats, do what you gotta do to get them up, I think I’ve promised my soul to the devil and about 6 generations of my childrens childrens souls on legs so far(sorry guys and gals).

Off subject but it’s not worth a whole email to you, I’m keeping a log on IM now if you are interested in checking it out.

Well like I said over there in off topic, Contrl has my respect, always will, he's an intelligent and articulate guy whom I really like. You know, you want everyone to enjoy your logs, and that's just not going to happen. It's like I said, everyone's different, and the thing is, even if a particular log, is dumb as hell, or stupid beyond belief for whatever reasons, if it is helping the guy who's writing it, then it should be allowed to hang around, unfortunately that means everyone will see it whether or not they "like" it. And that can be irritating beyond belief sometimes, I get that.

Kind of like Jake's is somewhat irritating to me right now, I just posted on it and explained the reasons I find it slightly painful to read, but at the same time let him know, that I wasn't being overtly negative towards his person, and in fact he could rightly tell me to fuck off if he felt it helped him, ha, haaa.

It's not that big a deal really, the posters who suck, and the people who complain about them, neither represents any tangible "threat" or pain in the ass to me. It's a free country and opinions fly around everywhere you look. So having said all this about it, let's just get back to training and sharing with each other. And by all means, if I say something that irritates the dogfuck out of anyone, let me have it!!!

                    ToneBone

Sure as hell sounds like you and your workout partner have a damned good time…

Any chance you could tell me what life outside of the gym is like on the compounds you’re taking?

I’ve never taken anything without test, so I really don’t know what life on “the outside” is like, lol.

Yeah it makes for a good workout, usually he makes it over once sometimes twice a week.

When you say outside the gym, and not having test, I’m a little confused. I am taking in test along with the masteron.
It’s testosterone phenylproprionate, and masteron.
I believe it was a ratio around 2-1 test to mast. I’ll tell you what, I’ll back check the old logs and find the exact ratio for you buddy. Far as life outside, with this dose, there’s really no major difference noted, save maybe after the 1ml shot like todays. I feel about normal, maybe a little bit more spring in the step, more apparent after the larger dose again. Libido is about the same really, maybe a slight increase, but nothing to warn the hens about.

I wish I could say I feel superhuman like most of you guys feel, but I don't if I'm being honest. There are at times, feelings above normal of a general positive nature, but I think I would need at least 200mg a pop to feel any different vs. my 100/100/200 mg dosing, M/W/F.

Lots of studying to do this weekend, and nothing else going on really. The bday is coming up very soon, couple weeks here. Yay middle age, ha, haaa.

                    ToneBone
Heading out to the back for the workout.

Attitude: Good.

Energy level: Not bad, climbing. 1 HOT-ROX, 1 green tea cap

Back: good, almost fully recovered from tweakage.

We'll see if I can kick some tail.
