MWAHAHAAAAA HAAAAA HAAAAA!!!
Well gentlemen, shittle my bricks, if I didn’t get in another good one after all! Actually to tell you the truth, as you see in the previous post, I almost got to thinking, “maybe I shouldn’t work out today”…NOT!!
My buddy made it over today, and I was feeling really stiff and all, and I just said fuck it, I’m going to the local 7-11, gonna get some spike tabs, and get down to it.
So, that’s what I did. Took the dbol pre-wkout with my Adex, and then slammed a pre-wkout drink, bcaa’s/creatine/whey iso/simple carb. Then tossed down two Spike tabs and got ready. The lower back did ok, but it was a slight limiting factor on a few items as one would imagine.
Such as;
- Pull Ups-slight factor.
- shrugs-out of the question.
- bb curls-slight factor, hard to use the core pressure to stay in a nice straight up position and had to go slightly less weight than the biceps could have done.
Overall the workout went great though, and all the movements now have the back feeling a little bit more mobile. Crushed triceps as usual, dips went nice too.
So, here’s how it went down;
BACK:
PULL UPS: 4X7
LT: BW/7, BW/7, BW/7, BW/7,+50LBS ASSISTANCE/13.(STRIP)
TT: BW/8, BW/7, BW/7, BW/6.5
DEEP ASS DIPS TO CHINA: 3X10.
LT: BW/10, BW/9, BW/7.
TT: BW/10, +10/10, +10/9. + indicates actually added weight now. Yay team. 10lbs is a bit of a joke, ha, but it’s steady progress and I’m lovin it. Can’t wait to get back to +60lbs on these. Patience is a virtue.
SHRUGS: 3X15. Out today due to lower back, too much spinal load and don’t want to hinder recovery of it for next workouts coming up using the back muscles Thurs/Friday.
FACE PULLS: 3X15. Used the jump flex bands from elite fitness today. The mini’s worked great, tougher than the grey theraband. We’ve got the mini’s, monster mini’s, and the light strength bands in pairs. Cool shit.
BB CURLS: 3X10.
LT: 80/10, 90/10, 90/8(10). (ASSISTED)
TT: 80/10, 90/7, 80/10.
Took an ego check at the door to keep from overstressing the lower back strain. Satisfied considering that.
LYING TRI EXTENSIONS: 3X10. STRICT AS HELL.
LT: 90/10, 110/10, 120/5-110/10. STRIPPED.
TT: 90/10, 120/8, 120/7-70/25. STRIP SET FROM HELL!
I am tooting my own horn here, stop me but is it me, or is this really some fucking serious weight for these, especially since I do them very, very strict, elbows in, pushing back and out, locking out every one, and all the way down. Nice and slow and strict. I don’t see anyone in my gym do them as strict as I do, even dickheads twice my size. God damnit I want an “attaboy” out of you mofos for these! Ha,haaaaa,…

Going to try and go up on these to 8lb DB’s next go round. Probably have to take a few pauses, but it’s time to make it harder. Still a bitch though.
So, there you go guys. Shit not only did I go ahead and complete the workout with said back strain, I only left the shrugs out of the picture and still made some smaller gains today.
Yesterday when I was at the gym at the crazy hour in which you get all the big roid heads,(nothing like the caliber of guys on this forum), you know the type, and the singles club fools all over the place. Well, there I was doing the delt circuit and my abs, and all the big boys who like to talk LOUD, since we need to hear what they’re saying right?
Well they come over and they’re doing their usual workouts blah, blah, blahing everyone to death, when one of them asks me, “Oh, what’s that you’re doing, rehab stuff”? I say “well it was, but now I just do it for overall strength and balance”. He looks and “smiles” at me, like yeah looks pretty easy…I say, “hey here you go, have a go at it”…
He attempts to pull apart the band and looks like a 12 year old girl doing it, then says, “shit this things pretty hard”…then gives it back, feeling somewhat embarrassed in front of his stud muffin boyscouts. I look at him and he’s got the usual symmetry, decent upper body and toothpicks for legs.
Ha, oh well, that’s what I get for running in there at the packed house time, at least I got my abs/delts done. It never ceases to amaze me, these are the same guys I used to see there like 8 years ago, doing the same shit, just bullshittin with each other, not focusing on anything, just going through the motions…No wonder they all look just like they did 8 years ago. Kills me.
I’m glad I have all of you smart and decent guys to correspond to about steroids and training, cause you can’t find anyone like us in 90% of these so called “gyms” anymore. It’s pretty sad.
Well, enough of that though! I feel great, and I gotta study now. Hope you guys like todays log.
