Two Week Cycle and Workout

Interesting update:

I said a post or two ago that I had noticed some real gains in size, though subtle, in several body parts. Lately I’ve been looking at the arms and thinking that they look like they’ve maybe gotten a little size, but not sure.

Well, I was just fucking around in the bathroom rubbing a bit of lotion on them, and after putting on a t-shirt, I thought, “ahh what the fuck, where’s that tape measure at?..these fuckers are looking a bit pumped here these days”…

Normally they’re at 16.5" and 16.75" left and right respectively when ice cold.

After measuring them just now I was slightly surprised to find them both looking slightly over a full 17" easily!

              Wonderful!

I should have taken measurements but really wasn’t expecting much size to be honest in a shorty. However, this is also most likely due to the Schwarzenegger routine and deload period within etc.
And I knew that was gonna be a winner, but to this extent again, I just didn’t think possible. Very interesting, I should throw it around the rest of the body at some point today before I get too HYOOOOGE, lol…ha, haaa.

   Seriously though, I'll take some more and post them, as there is still looking to be at least another two weeks to go after this one with the goodies. Hell, there is still a good two 1ml shots left in the first nightmare vial also. I'm thinking of cooking it up a bit and tossing it in while I'm at it. What thinkest thou about that?

Prisoner said one could give it a microwave for 20-30 seconds I believe on a thread a while back there.

           That would certainly be nice.

Anyway, just thought that was an interesting note to log down as far as size gains in a short amount of time. This isn’t your momma’s dbol size either. Only the best from the best. A scientist on the outer edges of exploration the man was/is!

Wow this thread moves fast!

I’m particularly impressed with the chinning and split squat progress, but obviously everything is doing well. It’s nice to see that level of progress as your training experience lengthens, especially on a “low dose shorty” such as this.

Btw, I’ve got a nice technique down when it comes to 1-handed aspirating (I get to practise on people at work, lol). I hope I can explain this amply…

Hold the barrel of the syringe with your thumb on one side and your ring and fourth fingers on the other (supporting each other, like you might in a 2-tone bend ;)).

Then, once you’re “in”, use your index and middle finger on either side of the plunger to pull back slightly. Remember you don’t need to pull back much at all - if there’s a lot of resistance then you ain’t in a vessel.

I’ll post a pic if that was a crap explanation.

You could microwave them for that period, or you can also put them in the even at 225 degrees for 10 minutes or so…

Just be damned sure to vent the vial…

Update:

3 days post injection, left quad is somewhat warm, with a slight bit of redness to it localized. Pain is creeping away but still noticeable. Fresh glute shot is somewhat painful too. This doesn’t surprise me as it is a form of prop, and should hurt a little at least. Guess I got lucky on the first shot, ha,haa. Plus I moved that last glute shot around a bit too much in my opinion too. Oh well.

I think part of the redness is just the fact of never really shooting anything in them, besides the first nightmare scenario before. At any rate, other than that everything is fine and dandy. Got the forearm wkout coming up in a couple hours and didn’t do the delt circuit yesterday but will add it in today with forearms.

Even I was getting discouraged just reading the last round you had with them just because i think at one point in time we’ve all been there when it comes to a bad batch or a mucked up cycle ya know? and ill tell you what nothing gets you down more than that IMO.

Congrats for havin the balls to go at it again! With two weeks left this is looking like its gonna be up there as far as the best few weeks of training you’ve ever had! This has also been said many times but it bears being mentioned again, Nicely done Schwarz, also to you Bushy, Top marks indeed

I am really enjoying the moderate pain and gain syndrome this time!! Pains down, gains up… Yeah I’ve got around 2 weeks to go still from the looks of it, so it’s really the 3 week cycle but I can’t change the title of the thread.

           After this I'm going to run an oral 2 weeker either one or two back to back. That will be my all time favorite drol/win package. So, that should take care of the "Get ToneBone Huge" campaign for a little while.

       Then I see myself saving up for and trying to nail down a decent 12 weeker again. Looks like I will be able to tolerate test as a base from the looks of this one, so at least we got that figured out. I'll look around for something to compliment that whether it be masteron or some other low aromatizing or lean compound. We'll see how it pans out then. Hope this gets posted, it always takes forever on the weekends so bare with me.

Also: Left quad redness dissipating and zero pain pretty much, no worries still.

      Well schedule is a bit off today, I'll be hitting the gym in a few hours from now. Will wait and do the shot after wkout. Take the  usual dbol dose before and we'll see how it goes today on strength. I'm curious for sure to see if the gains are still improving. Nothing different skin is pretty normal, maybe slightly oily but very slightly. No other acne flare ups anywhere lately.

Overall feeling is good. Weight is about 204 lbs. now.

Ok, did a great job again, off to the gym to do my abs and delt circuit, be back with the details after that.

One slight drawback, I tweaked the low back a tiny bit, and stopped immediately on RDL’s at the last set. No big, I’ll tell you all about it later.

          Well, back from a tough night of physio. Wow. Anyway here's how shit went down today.

LEGS/ABS/DELT CIRCUIT.
Did abs and delts at the gym after doing legs solo at the home gym.

LEGS:

DYNAMIC WARM UPS: OF COURSE.

BOX SQUATS: 6X4 TODAY. In accordance with the rotating set/rep scheme Schwarz applied to the wkout.

LT:(5X5): 95/15, 135/8, 185/5, 225/5, 245/5, 255/5, 255/5.
TT:(6X4): 95/15, 135/8, 185/4, 225/4, 245/4, 265/4, 275/4, 275/4. Quite the “spiffy” gain there if I do say so myself.

STEP UPS: 3X6 each leg.
LT: 85/6, 85/6, 95/6.
TT: 95/6, 105/6, 105/6. Up even after heavier squatting.

RDL’S: 3X10
LT: 95/11, 135/10, 205/10, 225/10, 235/10.
TT: 95/12, 135/10, 225/10, 245/10, 245/5. Minor back discomfort last set, cut it short before too much damage done. Nice, this is a weight where it should really slow down, as it really starts to put stress on the low back even with a nice back arch and ham isolation going on. So, in hindsight, I should have backed off on the last set and stuck it out with 235 probably. No big.

CALVES: Just didn’t get em done, was flying around back to the gym to do abs/delts. I’ll do em tomorrow gang.

DELT CIRCUIT: PRETTY MUCH THE SAME. 15’s for DB’s on cuban rotations. grey band made it hurt in a good way.

ABS:

WOODCHOPPERS DIAGONAL: 3X10
LT:10/10, 11/10, 11/10.
TT:SAME.

CABLE SIDE BENDS: 3X10
LT:10/10, 11/10, 12/10.
TT:10/10, 12/10, 12/10.

CABLE HIP FLEXION: 3X10
LT: 8/10, 9/10, 9/10.
TT: 10/10, 10/10, 10/10.

                Well, I wasn't sure about todays workout at first. I spent a lot of time working on some shit yesterday bending over etc,etc. And my lower back was somewhat fucked feeling, but again, the Schwarz dynamic warmups did their magic, and before I knew it I was out in the back kickin ass again! Ha, haaa. Fuckin sweet. My back feels pretty good right now after sitting in class for 3.5 hours just now. I did strain it slightly but not bad, it'll just be sore tomorrow probably. I was feeling good after such a big workout on my way to school though, almost thought it was the testosterone high I was feeling...probably was!

         Well, I hope I can kick some more ass on pull ups tomorrow. Trying to get those back where they should be. Made good progress on dips though I must say. No weight assistance last time and went with 3x10 body weight just missing on the last set for like 7 I think.

        Anyway, there it is guys. I am really happy with the squat progression. Thanks for all the motivation and help Schwarz! It's been a transformation with the quads really nicely too. Shot from today has very little pain, and no redness at all. Went a little more lateral on it than usual. Shit I have been pretty much nailing the femoris rectus I think out of paranoia to hit the large connective tissue on the lateral side of the leg. At any rate, it went great. I'll move it over on the other one Wednesday too. That left one had some lingering redness through today still, but lightening up.

               BP is good, tad high on one reading the other day but solid for the most part still. (142/84), normally ranging from around 133/77 to 120/74.

       Time to put the little one down and get some rest myself after all that. Ate like a monster tonight. Probably just put down about 700-800 calories in one sitting just now. Nice overload on nutrition every now and then.

  So it's morning now, and yeah, I did a little number on the low back. With pull ups the back movement today, I don't see a problem with it. I won't do that again though, as far as getting overzealous with the weight on movements like RDL's, where I could potentially jack myself up worse than this if not careful. Would  have been better served just doing the 235 with longer stretches and making it work harder than upping the weight like that. First set with 245 went down nice though. Yipee.

                No redness at all in recent shot quad, and just very mild pain. Beautiful ride going here for me.

          Ok, so the lower back has progressively worsened, so I took 800mg of Ibuprofin, and other than that, not entirely sure what else to do. Pretty large amount of stiffness and lack of mobility side to side and general weakness in the very lower portion. So, I'll just try to ride it out here. Might have to blow off some exercises, but we'll see. Thinking shrugs with spinal load there...

              Anyway, I'm hangin tough.

Well gentlemen, shittle my bricks, if I didn’t get in another good one after all! Actually to tell you the truth, as you see in the previous post, I almost got to thinking, “maybe I shouldn’t work out today”…NOT!!

My buddy made it over today, and I was feeling really stiff and all, and I just said fuck it, I’m going to the local 7-11, gonna get some spike tabs, and get down to it.

So, that’s what I did. Took the dbol pre-wkout with my Adex, and then slammed a pre-wkout drink, bcaa’s/creatine/whey iso/simple carb. Then tossed down two Spike tabs and got ready. The lower back did ok, but it was a slight limiting factor on a few items as one would imagine.

Such as;

  1. Pull Ups-slight factor.
  2. shrugs-out of the question.
  3. bb curls-slight factor, hard to use the core pressure to stay in a nice straight up position and had to go slightly less weight than the biceps could have done.

Overall the workout went great though, and all the movements now have the back feeling a little bit more mobile. Crushed triceps as usual, dips went nice too.
So, here’s how it went down;

BACK:

PULL UPS: 4X7
LT: BW/7, BW/7, BW/7, BW/7,+50LBS ASSISTANCE/13.(STRIP)
TT: BW/8, BW/7, BW/7, BW/6.5

DEEP ASS DIPS TO CHINA: 3X10.
LT: BW/10, BW/9, BW/7.
TT: BW/10, +10/10, +10/9. + indicates actually added weight now. Yay team. 10lbs is a bit of a joke, ha, but it’s steady progress and I’m lovin it. Can’t wait to get back to +60lbs on these. Patience is a virtue.

SHRUGS: 3X15. Out today due to lower back, too much spinal load and don’t want to hinder recovery of it for next workouts coming up using the back muscles Thurs/Friday.

FACE PULLS: 3X15. Used the jump flex bands from elite fitness today. The mini’s worked great, tougher than the grey theraband. We’ve got the mini’s, monster mini’s, and the light strength bands in pairs. Cool shit.

BB CURLS: 3X10.
LT: 80/10, 90/10, 90/8(10). (ASSISTED)
TT: 80/10, 90/7, 80/10.
Took an ego check at the door to keep from overstressing the lower back strain. Satisfied considering that.

LYING TRI EXTENSIONS: 3X10. STRICT AS HELL.
LT: 90/10, 110/10, 120/5-110/10. STRIPPED.
TT: 90/10, 120/8, 120/7-70/25. STRIP SET FROM HELL!
I am tooting my own horn here, stop me but is it me, or is this really some fucking serious weight for these, especially since I do them very, very strict, elbows in, pushing back and out, locking out every one, and all the way down. Nice and slow and strict. I don’t see anyone in my gym do them as strict as I do, even dickheads twice my size. God damnit I want an “attaboy” out of you mofos for these! Ha,haaaaa,…

SINGLE ARM LATERAL RAISE:(LEANING OUT) 5X20 100 REP SET.
LT: 100
TT: 100
Going to try and go up on these to 8lb DB’s next go round. Probably have to take a few pauses, but it’s time to make it harder. Still a bitch though.

       So, there you go guys. Shit not only did I go ahead and complete the workout with said back strain, I only left the shrugs out of the picture and still made some smaller gains today. 

Yesterday when I was at the gym at the crazy hour in which you get all the big roid heads,(nothing like the caliber of guys on this forum), you know the type, and the singles club fools all over the place. Well, there I was doing the delt circuit and my abs, and all the big boys who like to talk LOUD, since we need to hear what they’re saying right?

Well they come over and they’re doing their usual workouts blah, blah, blahing everyone to death, when one of them asks me, “Oh, what’s that you’re doing, rehab stuff”? I say “well it was, but now I just do it for overall strength and balance”. He looks and “smiles” at me, like yeah looks pretty easy…I say, “hey here you go, have a go at it”…

He attempts to pull apart the band and looks like a 12 year old girl doing it, then says, “shit this things pretty hard”…then gives it back, feeling somewhat embarrassed in front of his stud muffin boyscouts. I look at him and he’s got the usual symmetry, decent upper body and toothpicks for legs.

Ha, oh well, that’s what I get for running in there at the packed house time, at least I got my abs/delts done. It never ceases to amaze me, these are the same guys I used to see there like 8 years ago, doing the same shit, just bullshittin with each other, not focusing on anything, just going through the motions…No wonder they all look just like they did 8 years ago. Kills me.

I’m glad I have all of you smart and decent guys to correspond to about steroids and training, cause you can’t find anyone like us in 90% of these so called “gyms” anymore. It’s pretty sad.

            Well, enough of that though! I feel great, and I gotta study now. Hope you guys like todays log.

     Why thank you Jelly! That's a nice one coming from you bud. Feeling great, can only imagine what something on the order of 600-800mg/week would feel like.

That would be my ceiling for the next injec. Hopefully I’ll get that going later for a nice enan estered deal.
