Ok, here I am again. Nice workout today. Seemed like it was a little tougher than usual in some respects, like the delt circuit. I think that's because I missed it 2 workouts in a row, and then it was more noticeable after reintroducing it into the mix this past Wednesday. Still got it done but it felt harder, or rather the delts were still a bit sore from Wednesday.
Anyway, one thing different about today was the omission of any dbol prior to the workout. I wanted to see how much it was playing into the intensity of the wkouts. So I found out. I'll say this; I still made gains in weight and reps on difft exercises, but it did seem to be a little more taxing w/out it. But on the flip side, I think 3 full weeks of it was enough. At any rate, I still kicked butt pretty good especially w/out the dbol aiding me.
I think I reached the peak, sort of, when it comes to continued gains at this lower end dose of the gear. Gains have definitely slowed a bit, which was to be expected, and I am feeling a bit worn down now. Perfect timing actually for the deload next week. And I got in that nice shot of about 1.7ml this morning, so that ought to help recover over the weekend I suppose. But what do I know really...
DELT CIRCUIT: SAME AS USUAL. 15lb DB’S. 15 REPS ON ALL SETS
BB ROWS (PRONE): 5X7
LT: 135/7, 155/7, 155/7, 155/7, 155/7-135/15-95/30.
TT: 135/7, 155/7, 165/7, 165/7, 175/7-135/17.
Gains again. I can do it with heavier weight, but I feel it more in the upper back with the supine grip for some reason, and also with lighter weight and stricter form when using prone grip.
DIPS: 3X10
LT: BW/10, +30/9, +30/7, +20/8.5.
TT: BW/10, +35/10, +40/8.
COOL.
DB FLAT BENCH: 3X10
LT: 65/10 X 3.
TT: SAME.
This probably isn’t optimum scheduling of chest, but wtf. I should probably do one move on Tue, and the other on Fri, like Schwar has the back movements but he’s been busy, and I wasn’t thinking of what’s best, I got carried away with,…“I gotta get this chest back in shape”…Which actually doesn’t make sense, would have been better to just slam each with high intensity on the seperate days, but hey, what do we expect from the ToneBone. Impulsive I be mang.
REAR LATERAL RAISE: 2X15
LT: 15/15, 15/15.
TT: 15/15, 15/15. Held contraction/top a little longer.
DB PREACHER CURLS: 3X10
LT: 35/10, 35/8, 30/10.
TT: 35/10, 35/10, 35/7.
DB KICKBACKS: 3X10
LT: 25/10, 30/10, 30/10-15/20.
TT: 30/10, 30/10, 30/10.
PUMP SETS (BI/TRI) Yeah, I’m bored/stagnant with routine. Just burned out I think. Remember, when I started the routine again, I actually did an extra week since I didn’t have the newer version from Schwarz until the middle of that first week, and I wanted to start from Monday fresh. So I finished the second half of the first week new, then redid the whole first week again, so I’m actually overdue for the deload…At least that’s the excuse I’m going with, lol.
DB PREACHER PUMP:
20lbs/25 reps.
DB KICKBACK PUMP:
15lbs/25 reps.
SINGLE ARM ROWS BAND: 5X20.
LT: 1OO REPS.
TT: SAME.
Fuck all, am I spent now. I wanted it to be like this though to tell you the truth. That's the whole point of the month long wkout regimen and changing set/rep scheme on the big move for legs. I am very glad to have it a little easier come Monday, I wouldn't lie to you guys.
On a little side note. I can't remember what the arms measured out to after the last post arm wkout, I think it was 17.5" if I remember right. Yeah, they're 17" cold, well anyway, after todays wkout, I shit you not, they taped out to 17.75", and that's a conservative measure by a bit also. Pretty cool, unless I'm mistaken they've added another .25" post pump. Nothing permanent but interesting for sure. It's just so easy to throw it around the arms, and I was thinking they were feeling pretty full, so I checked em for the fuck of it.
Well, that's another wrap boys.
Thanks again to the die hards for still posting, most peeps drop off the thread like flies after a while, but the ol die hards, ya gotta love em!!
Ha, haaa…
thanks for everything guys,
