Two Week Cycle and Workout

I got ya…

I’m lucky enough to the point where I’m already a pretty good size and a lot of my family and whatnot doesn’t really understand or care if I get bigger. My dad actually thinks it’s completely stupid steroids are illegal, but I’m not sure what he’d think of my use if he knew.

One thing I like is the fact my girl is cool with it. She actually gives me my injections every so often.

Yeah I hear you. While I'm not huge by any means, I carry a decent frame also, and thus am able to get away with moderate growth etc, w/out raising too much suspicion. I imagine at some point in the future things "could" change though, ha, haaa!!

                 ToneBone

LEGS/ABS:

SPLIT SQUATS: 3X5 ea leg.
LT: 52.5/5, 52.5/5, 52.5/5.(5/5/5) (A real bitch).
TT: 52.5/5, 52.5/7 52.5/8. (5/7/8) DAMN.

LEG CURLS: 3X10
HAMMER STRENGTH SEATED LEG CURL
LT: 55/10, 75/10, 95/8, 90/8.
TT: 90/10, 100/7-90/10, 100/5-90/9. TOUGH.

Splits decided to try to just get more reps. Maybe I should have gone for more weight instead, but I made the call, and regardless, pummeled them nicely.

Hammies, more weight at home, hammer strength machine is slightly different and harder ROM, so I put the last time I used this specific piece of equipment which was 3 weeks back, for a more accurate perspective on gains on said machine.

CALF RAISES: To come later this afternoon.

DRAGON FLAGS: 2X10
LT: 8,8.
TT: 10, 8.
Great form on the negative, still bending at knees on returning to top of movement vs. going up w/straight torso. Hey, give me a break, they’re a bitch!
They really kick the shit out of your rectus abdom’s man!

STANDING CABLE CRUNCH: 3X10 ea. leg forward.
Later this afternoon w/calf raises.

Time constraints this morning, no special reason otherwise.

I'm happy with the effort I put in today. I'll tell you, doing heavy splits after a nice quad shot is a bit painful, especially after stretching the dog shit out of those puppies at the end of the wkout too.:)

                 later guys.

                    ToneBone
         Hey guys, what's up.

I feel dragged down, not from the workouts, but from personal shit. Otherwise, I feel great, ha…

Well, so I gave myself a bit extra today too with the "supps". About 1.7ml worth of the golden elixir in the ol gluteus maximus. Splendid eh? Looking like I figured, and will probably go with 1ml shots and that should end the next week while deloading. Might get more on the last shot,(Friday)(2ml maybe). So, anyway it looks like the cycle worked out really nice for a shorty. I ended up making pretty solid gains this whole month and used it sparingly thus leaving a nice bit of extra volume for the last week. Couldn't have made it go any better than it has.

So to recap, we're going from the usual volume of; (.5/ .5/ 1.0)

to this; (1.7/ 1.0/ 1.0/ 2.0) Fri-Fri.

The quad feels a lot better today, ha,haaa..I got used to the pain, and it's been totally fine with the leg workouts and no interferance with the training. I'm not sure how helpful this log has really been, as it's not anything really incredibe or noteworthy. If anything though, it does still show that you can get decent gains with a lower end dose of AAS, especially on the first go round, and that's about it I guess.

On a side note, as far as sides go, I have noticed a bit of extra firmness in the nips the last two or so days. I think this might be due to the dbol moreso than the injec. I've been dropping 50mg before wkouts and think even though it's just pre wkout, it's been in the afternoons most of the time, and maybe it's just caught up to the nips by now. Adex has been at around .3-.5 ed, with the .5 amount occurring the last few days due to the extra bother with the ol nips. They aren't like that all day, but here and there. I'm going to drop the dbol as of now back down to just 25mg pre wkout. Thinking the extra isn't doing that much more as far as "oomph" but contributing to the sides, so that's a new plan. You guys may think that the adex dosage is high, but I seem to be more sensitive to estro sides than the average guy, so that's why.

Well, I'll be back later today with the results of todays workout, and hope the log hasn't gotten too stale as it's gone on here. I get tired of it in a way to tell you the truth. Sometimes it's a little bit like "hey look at what I did today"...when you know all of us are for the most part busting our asses, and so one can end up feeling kind of weird about the whole "look at me" part of logging shit. Maybe I'm just having an off day mentally I don't know. I've been dealing with a greater amount of stress lately, so that's probably why I sound like a bitch right now...lol.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going right? That's the spirit. I do feel more than ready for an easier week of workouts I'll admit that. Not "easy", but easier, does that make sense? I feel like I don't have any overly impressive numbers compared to other guys, but compared to myself two months ago, they look good. :)

Anyway gang, hope you are all doing great with whatever, and thanks again for hanging in there with me for the duration of this log. There are a shit ton of logs now and I'll probably take a chill on these for a good while for the reasons I stated. Contrl had a good point, after a while I just get burned out on writing and reading them. I gotta get back to cleaning the place up, so I'll shout at ya'll later!!

                    best always,

                     ToneBone

EDIT: Weight update: 207lbs. morning weight.

Nips feeling better already, almost positive it’s the dbol dose. As, the farther along from the time of intake I go, the better they feel, day to day.

Well, I take back what I emailed you about being heavier. I thought you were still around 190lbs. Looks like I am going to have to order you a XXL shirt from now on!

[quote]MrZsasz wrote:

Ok, sounds like a plan ZZ.
Ok, here I am again. Nice workout today. Seemed like it was a little tougher than usual in some respects, like the delt circuit. I think that's because I missed it 2 workouts in a row, and then it was more noticeable after reintroducing it into the mix this past Wednesday. Still got it done but it felt harder, or rather the delts were still a bit sore from Wednesday.

Anyway, one thing different about today was the omission of any dbol prior to the workout. I wanted to see how much it was playing into the intensity of the wkouts. So I found out. I'll say this; I still made gains in weight and reps on difft exercises, but it did seem to be a little more taxing w/out it. But on the flip side, I think 3 full weeks of it was enough. At any rate, I still kicked butt pretty good especially w/out the dbol aiding me.

I think I reached the peak, sort of, when it comes to continued gains at this lower end dose of the gear. Gains have definitely slowed a bit, which was to be expected, and I am feeling a bit worn down now. Perfect timing actually for the deload next week. And I got in that nice shot of about 1.7ml this morning, so that ought to help recover over the weekend I suppose. But what do I know really...

DELT CIRCUIT: SAME AS USUAL. 15lb DB’S. 15 REPS ON ALL SETS

BB ROWS (PRONE): 5X7
LT: 135/7, 155/7, 155/7, 155/7, 155/7-135/15-95/30.
TT: 135/7, 155/7, 165/7, 165/7, 175/7-135/17.
Gains again. I can do it with heavier weight, but I feel it more in the upper back with the supine grip for some reason, and also with lighter weight and stricter form when using prone grip.

DIPS: 3X10
LT: BW/10, +30/9, +30/7, +20/8.5.
TT: BW/10, +35/10, +40/8.
COOL.

DB FLAT BENCH: 3X10
LT: 65/10 X 3.
TT: SAME.

This probably isn’t optimum scheduling of chest, but wtf. I should probably do one move on Tue, and the other on Fri, like Schwar has the back movements but he’s been busy, and I wasn’t thinking of what’s best, I got carried away with,…“I gotta get this chest back in shape”…Which actually doesn’t make sense, would have been better to just slam each with high intensity on the seperate days, but hey, what do we expect from the ToneBone. Impulsive I be mang.

REAR LATERAL RAISE: 2X15
LT: 15/15, 15/15.
TT: 15/15, 15/15. Held contraction/top a little longer.

DB PREACHER CURLS: 3X10
LT: 35/10, 35/8, 30/10.
TT: 35/10, 35/10, 35/7.

DB KICKBACKS: 3X10
LT: 25/10, 30/10, 30/10-15/20.
TT: 30/10, 30/10, 30/10.

PUMP SETS (BI/TRI) Yeah, I’m bored/stagnant with routine. Just burned out I think. Remember, when I started the routine again, I actually did an extra week since I didn’t have the newer version from Schwarz until the middle of that first week, and I wanted to start from Monday fresh. So I finished the second half of the first week new, then redid the whole first week again, so I’m actually overdue for the deload…At least that’s the excuse I’m going with, lol.
DB PREACHER PUMP:
20lbs/25 reps.

DB KICKBACK PUMP:
15lbs/25 reps.

SINGLE ARM ROWS BAND: 5X20.
LT: 1OO REPS.
TT: SAME.

Fuck all, am I spent now. I wanted it to be like this though to tell you the truth. That's the whole point of the month long wkout regimen and changing set/rep scheme on the big move for legs. I am very glad to have it a little easier come Monday, I wouldn't lie to you guys.

On a little side note. I can't remember what the arms measured out to after the last post arm wkout, I think it was 17.5" if I remember right. Yeah, they're 17" cold, well anyway, after todays wkout, I shit you not, they taped out to 17.75", and that's a conservative measure by a bit also. Pretty cool, unless I'm mistaken they've added another .25" post pump. Nothing permanent but interesting for sure. It's just so easy to throw it around the arms, and I was thinking they were feeling pretty full, so I checked em for the fuck of it.

             Well, that's another wrap boys.

Thanks again to the die hards for still posting, most peeps drop off the thread like flies after a while, but the ol die hards, ya gotta love em!!
Ha, haaa…

            thanks for everything guys,

                    ToneBone

A few things I noticed.

1.) Nice improvement on the dips
2.) I bet that pump preacher hurt like hell
3.) YOU’RE KICKING ASS!!!

Agreed on all points! Couldn’t be happier!!

Sorry about being out of commission. I’ve been reading the threads around here every day, just don’t post much. Since my surgery I’ve been doing nothing but eating and sleeping. I’ve been sleeping well over half of the day. I still managed to lose a ton of weight (not trying, nor do I want to) just eating an sleeping, but that’s life. Your arms are bigger than mine are now. I’m currently down to 208, from almost 250 5 months ago. I sent you the deload via e-mail.

also… Happy Birthday!

Thanks so much Schwarz, nice way to come back over on the ol Bday buddy!!

happy to hear you're just busy recovering and taking it easy. Lord knows you deserve it.

you're the best damn coach around.

                     ToneBone
What's cooking on the grill guys?

No, how’s everyone doing? Good, just chillin out here, and enjoying it. I been over carbing to insure solid gains this past month, and I’m gonna start adding in the old morning fasted cardio for a half hour 3-5 x week, and drop the afternoon carbs, sans veggies of course. I don’t intend on dropping too many calories and wasting the gains by going too fast, just gonna work it like I did before on the AD. So, it will either be AD hardcore, or very close to it. Hopefully I’ll bring in a little bday flow, and hook up some more powdered BCAA’s to help with droppin fat and keeping muscle.

So if you're out there Schwarz, I'm thinking come up with a higher rep end "bodybuilding/cutting" routine big guy. Just put your mind to something along that line, you know I am looking for that definition now, and dropping bf, we don't have to go too crazy on mods if you don't want, cause we'll already have morning fasted cardio on board too, so just keep that in mind. Not necessarily have to start supersetting etc, just well, you know, I'll shutup now, ha, haaaa.

Still no email on the deload bubba, are you getting my emails?

                      ToneBone

p.s. Disregard this if you already have it figured out, obviously I’m down for anything.

Well, you made it. You know I was worried that you were going to have a repeat of that last problem cycle but you made it. Actually, you didn’t just make it, you blew it out of the water. No sides, weight up, strength up, t-shirt size up, who can complain?

I love that you keep your focus on the goal. Sure you have off days but you turn it around quickly and get back on track. And even though I curse you and Schwartz every time I try split squats, you know I love reading and learning these threads. And although you think some people drop off, you do have over 3500 views of this thread. So move over Britney Spears, we have a new celebrity in the house…

    Todays 1st deload wkout.

DELT CIRCUIT/ABS: This afternoon,(later), at gym.

LEGS: WARM UPS…

BOX SQUATS: 1X6 @ 85% RM. (w/prior warm up sets)
95/15, 95/15, 135/8, 185/6, 225/6, 245/6.
Figurative 6RM weight-280lbs.

STEP UPS: 1X6 @ 85% RM.
45/6, 65/6, 95/6.
Estimated 6 RM weight-115 (from last weeks sets/reps).

RDL’s: 1X10 @ 85% RM.
95/14, 135/10, 175/10, 195/10.
Est. 10 RM-230lbs.

STANDING CALF RAISES: 2X15, 1X50.
LT: 135/15, 185/15, 205/15, 95/50.
TT: SAME.

New 100 rep set: LEG PRESS. (Home so used free squats)

FREE SQUATS: 100 REP.
60/PAUSE 3 SEC/40. 100 REPS.

So, due to family around, am doing shot post shower right now in bathroom.

Possibly due to this situation,ie: not having pre wkout shot hours earlier, or just general burn out, todays workout felt a bit harder than the norm. Of course there is also the dropping of the pre wkout dbol from last week.

One thing to note, the left quad which took in a bit extra last Wed, then was subjected to an intense split squat and stretching wkout post shot, really hurt, or was very sore all week into today even, so I’ll be avoiding one stretch in particular next time that comes up, which would be the DC quad stretch, I think that’s the one that really nailed the quad as far as generating the lingering pain.

Anyway, glad it's over, and looking forward to this weeks other workouts and the new routine from Schwarz later.

EDIT: Oh btw, got in a nice approx 1.25ml for todays shot, completely emptied the vial. Nice. So the rest will come from the first “cursed” vial, ha,haaaa… I don’t even know if it really got contaminated or not that time, but I guess I"ll either micro blast it, or cook it in the oven for a bit, if it doesn’t evaporate too much, to be on the safe side.

                  cheers guys,

Feeling pretty good, gotta make it in to the gym for abs later, as I don’t have the cable set up for the low stuff at home. Doing the delt circuit with that.
See ya later gang.

                    TBN

If you’re going to the gym just to do abs you can certainly switch the exercises for something similar at home.

Hey Tone,
Just wanted to drop in and say congrats on all the progress you’ve made.

I wouldn’t feel bad about people “dropping off” either. Remember, the squeaky wheel gets the oil around here. More posts often means more problems. (The log of a certain portly fellow comes to mind)

Your cycle has been running smoothly, your shoulders are getting healthy, and your “gunz” are swelling up like impregnated pythons.

Take the lack of posts as the complement that it is. As World said, you’re kicking ass, buddy.

Great I'd love to do that Schwarz. The winter 3 months membership I bought, should be ending any day now and then it will be something I have to do, so if you could suggest any for the home, that would be fantastic.

Note: I can still do the dragon flags obviously, and standing cable crunches, as my lat pulldown will allow for that. I suppose I could switch out the cable side bends with DB side bends, but don't know about the woodchoppers, and hip flexion.

                 Feeling great!

                  thanks buddy.

Thanks Art! I never thought of it like that, my bad. Thanks for pointing that out to me buddy. I couldn't have had a better go at it than this turned out to be for me! I am pretty damn happy with everything. Especially the bonus extra volume getting injected this deloading week, the final week!!

Looking forward to watching the rest of yours play out along with worlds and games etc...

              Many thanks to everyone.

Especially Schwarz for taking this whole endeavor on, even during his recent shoulder surgery and subsequent recovery.

Very excited to see what Herr Schwarzenegger comes up with for the next "phase" of "get ToneBone huge".

              Great friends all of you,

Hey Tonebone,

just wanted to jump in and say I’ve been enjoying the thread. Sorry it’s taken me so long to post. There are too many other guys here that are quicker on the draw than I am, and I’m left with nothing to say.

Great progress, bro, you are an inspiration!
