Two-A-Days

Coach:

I currently get to the gym 4 days a week using a push/pull/legs split. I.E. Mon Push, Wed Pull, Fri Legs, Sat Push, Mon Pull, etc…

I don’t have room for a gym at home but I live in a temperate climate and just outside there is a great sidewalk.

How would I work in some two-a-days blending home work with gym work? I can get a 45lb barbell and weights to complete 200-250lbs. That’s not near max on any of my lifts but certainly enough for a challenge, used correctly, —>working for speed.

Gym is always afternoons 4pm or so. If I did two-a-days it would be a morning session probably just an hour after getting up or on an off day from gym.

All exercises would be just with barbell and selected weight and standing/bent over - which of course there are dozens that can be done.
