Speaking of getting into shape: We just did 25+ games of paintball today. Mostly Hyperball and Airball!

Do you take the bar all the way down to your chest on these? I hadn’t done them for awhile and they are part of my current programming. I’ve been doing some sets all the way to my chest and some several inches short of that when my shoulders start barking.

Thank you. All are brought down to the chest. I make sure to warm up stretch the shoulders real well before training.

Thanks its a slow steady process for the next 4 months. Goal is 205 all the time before my Birthday in late November. That will be a 35 pd weight loss then since the first of the year.
