EMOMS:
CGB 235x2 for 15 minutes all paused
Afterlifts:
monkey bar stuff
pushdowns
5 sets
reverse curls
overhead pushdowns
3 sets
all done unbroken.
Main lift:
Power clean 195x1 5 sets
EMOM
175x2 for 125 minutes last set got 8 reps.
Called it a`day.
Bweight: 216
Been struggling this week as was just diagnosed with a Sinus Infection. Again.

hahahahah man you had me scared there for a minute. I have decent endurance but that was humbling the hell out of me.

Front Squats worked up to 275x8 and then did 225x10 for 3 sets
Afterlifts:
stiff leg deadlifts 135 SuperSetted with GHR sit ups (Whips) 21,15,9 and 5 .Done unbroken.

Emoms @ only 135 but did 12 reps on the minute for 12 minutes
Friday:
Power cleans : 185x5x5
then lots of arms.
My sinus infection is taking all my energy so just getting in the main lift and skipping the after lifts and cardio till next week when I get my wind back
275x8 is a big front squat.
like 4 plates big.

Felt wiped after the rows - could not get a breath in. Onward and upward or something like that.
Power cleans: 195x3 for 5 sets
Klokovs in the smith machine 115x10 5 sets
Barbell curls 115x3 8 sets
Still tired and sluggish from the Bronchitis. I had zero speed today in my hips at all. I basically just muscled the weight up.
Legs- just an easy Bodybuilding workout to start getting back in the groove.
Front squat: worked up to 275x2 for 2 sets
Leg press worked up to 6 plates a side for 10 reps then did 3 plates for 50
leg curls 160x10x5
leg extension 120x12 x3
calves standing calf raises worked up to 500x10
ab machine crunchy-thingy 2 plates x10 5 sets
Still on medicine and the Doc’s tell me it is a good 3 weeks before I start feeling 100%…grrrrrr
You must have strong calves, nice beginning work.
