Oh, snap! You’ve been hiding the fact that you’re a beast! 335 lb front squats? I’m jealous. And I’ll never do that because that ROM may or may not have helped my hip impingement along.

I mean I’ve posted 365x9 back squats and 355x5 safety bar squats and mid 4 deadlifts so shouldn’t be a big surprise! But yeah - a good little session for a tall fatty today!

I don’t know what it is about front squats but they stand out when you’re repping 3+ plates. It’s way less common to see that.

Technical work on cleans. About 25 reps from 185-225 - all felt really easy.

Tuesday - 300 swings with 55#. 25 reps every other minute for 12 rounds.

Technical work on clean then:

4x3 muscle cleans at 135-155-175-195
4x3 power cleans at 195-215-225-225

30 power cleans with 155

Got one full round plus row and 20 wall balls. First round at 7’30" and decided I did not want to do another round that hard lol.

On a month long business travel gig so this will be interesting. Just trying to do something every day. Likely more cardio and isolation. Today:

  2. Superset 3x15 lat pulldowns and shoulder press on machine
  3. 3x15 complex - DB curls (40#) - tricep push down - leg extension
  4. 100 yard farmers walk with 2 100# DB
