Sounds like enough time to take 3-4 deep breaths and then address the bar and prepare for power cleans.

Oh, snap! Youāve been hiding the fact that youāre a beast! 335 lb front squats? Iām jealous. And Iāll never do that because that ROM may or may not have helped my hip impingement along.
I mean Iāve posted 365x9 back squats and 355x5 safety bar squats and mid 4 deadlifts so shouldnāt be a big surprise! But yeah - a good little session for a tall fatty today!
I donāt know what it is about front squats but they stand out when youāre repping 3+ plates. Itās way less common to see that.
