Tweaking T-Dawg 2.0?

I’m a newbie to this site still. I just started working out again and my basic goal is to lose fat and gain some strength. I’ve been going to the gym since early January just doing basic weightlifting (mix of machine and free weight exercises) and about 25 mins of cardio. (3 days lifting, 5 days cardio.)

Now, on to the diet question. Simply put, I love the t-dawg diet. It makes sense scientifically, I’m never hungry or have any cravings. However, due to my schedule and activities I might need to customize it a bit:

  1. Some days, my schedule is PACKED. I go to school all morning, work in a warehouse through the afternoon (fairly physically intensive at times), hit the gym, and then come home and hit the books before bed. I feel that 100g of carbs per day is too little. I feel less focused and sluggish while working out or doing schoolwork.

  2. I’m 5’9" and 181 lbs. How much protein should I be taking in? I’m thinking at least 181 grams, but 1.5 grams per pound of body weight seems daunting, that’s a shitload of protein.

  3. And last, what should my total caloric intake be around?

Its a cutting diet to lose fat its not going to be all shits and giggle you will have to put up with some thinmgs you dont like or are not perfectly comforatble. Time your carb intake and better choice as well get used to this. Give it some time. If your really hruting after w few more weeks add 20 grams Of LOW GI carbs fruits and veggies. But i say adapt buck up.

Follow the Diet the intake is there for a reason to be very muscle sparing and the HIGH TEF yup its a lot of protein. Try being 240 and gaining LOL again if this stuff was easty everyone would do it. The eating at times can be the hardest thing.

Bro did you read the article?? Not to be a daick but its all there in very very simple math> I do beleive T-Dawg 2 recomends 15 x BW so 2700 to start for you then after one week drop 500 k/cals. Check your progress bi weekly and adjust up and down as needed to lose 1-2 lbs a week
