hello, ive read sum of the articles on here, theres a lot though so no doubt iv missed sum vital piece of information- when i read something about variables, time under tension was mentioned. thats sumthin i sumtimes semi- consciously controlled, ie ‘im gonna lift this fucking fast on the way up, and slowly on the way down’.
since iv done quite a few things but am mostly just as strong as i was 2 yrs ago, perhaps this is important- could someone point me to an article that elaborates fully, or tell me what tuts do what, in depth (i can handle it)
