…doesn’t taste so good. Does anyone know what I can add to make this taste better? Also, the mix is so dry, it’s hard to swallow, so maybe some dressing would be a good addition.
fuckin gross, lol why not just eat something that tastes better?
Why are you mixing them if you don’t like it? Try tuna with some kind of oil (olive/fish/sesame/whatever) and some seasoning. Other people mix in mayo or salsa. Just try a bunch of stuff and see what you like… although PB would probably be the last thing I’d try.
Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should and just because it “sounds” healthy doen’t mean you should eat it at least together. my first rule of healthy eating is eat things that taste good or you will not stay on track very long.
If it’s the canned variety and your trying to add fat, then as stated mayo is a good option or add some pistacios.
I’m sitting here with my peanut butter, tuna and mayo mix feeling like Christian Bale in rescue dawn when he sees his dinner is a pile of worms and insects. Forunately I’m not in a POW camp and have better options than eat or die.
PB and tuna was some mad combo I read about years ago on these forums so I thought I’d try it again. P+F meals are alien to me and I’m just brainstorming ideas that are cheap and easy to prepare.
Thanks for talking sense into me.
if you’re looking for a p+f meal to have with tuna just drizzle some olive oil over it…done.
There are so many other ways to eat either food and have it fit your goals(whatever they may be), why on earth would you do something as retarded as mixing tuna and peanut butter?
Self-flagellation for my sins.

i loled, a lot.
+(-tuna) = better taste
Tuna and Peanut better together. Great, you get your dose of mercury, toxic PUFAs and aflatoxin all in one dose.

Some bullshit acronym that translates to “I’m a flaming liberal with a sensitive vagina,” in California-ese.

Polyunsaturated fatty acid
try these p+f meals:
Tuna + Walnuts + lemon juice
Peanut Butter + protein powder + celery to dip
canned ham + parmesan + black pepper
Crab + Almonds + seasonings
Canned Mackerel/herring + lemon juice
ommelette’s - stuffed/not
When trying to build a P+F meal, think of grilled meats. add in veggies and nuts as wanted.
Just an aside…are you indian?

LOL…I like your logic here. “Hmmm, this saltwater fish and peanut combo is less than delectable. Perhaps some salad dressing will liven it up!!”
Why not get a fat source that actually tastes GOOD with fish? Avocado, chopped walnuts/almonds/etc, nut oil…anything but peanut butter!!

entheogens-- I’ve been searching for years for some published studies where healthy adult males were adversely affected from mercury from consumption of canned tuna.
Help please?
I eat a tin of tuna with a handful of almonds. Combined, they taste a bit like chicken.
