Hey guys
I just got some awesome news yesterday. My MMA trainer of 3-4 years has been training with Mark DellaGrotte(sp?) for years. He trains him in muay thai/kickboxing mainly (but they do it all up at his place in Boston: The Sityodtong Muay Thai Academy)
I just talked to my trainer yesterday and Mark is going to be the muay thai trainer for TUF 4!!!
This is awesome, I’m pumped to train with Mike my trainer and get some of the knowledge that will be soon passed onto some of MMA’s up and comers.
Mark also has trained some of the stars of UFC, Ken-Flo to name one 
there are some more but I am not going to name-drop b/c that’s kinda weak; and I’m not weak.
Can’t wait for TUF 4 in a few weeks!
