MikeTheBear, I just checked out the ABBH spreadsheet on your MSN Group. Cool, cool, cool! ! ! I like how you put the formulas into the spreadsheet so that when someone enters their 1RM, it calculates their working weight.

Okay, T-Folk, now you don’t have to wait for me to send the spreadsheet to you. You can go download it from MikeTheBear’s MSN Group, too!

And even though he already said it, it “bears” repeating (pun intended): There is an HTML version available on his MSN Group if you don’t have Microsoft Excel.

This is really T-Nation at its finest. Chad puts together fabulous world-class programs. Tampa-Terry make a spreadsheet out of it. And MikeTheBear makes said spreadsheet available 24/7 on his MSN Group.

Chad doesn’t know it yet, but I’ll be sending the spreadsheet for ABBH II to him to check for technical accuracy. Once he’s signed off on it, I’ll send it to MikeTheBear so that he can make it available on his MSN Group.

FYI, I found ABBH has international appeal as well. I, of course, received numerous requests from people in the Continental US, but I also received requests from people in Israel, Iceland, Greece, Canada, Hawaii, Peru, England, Germany and Australia.

Chad, methinks you should do the world tour thing! (grin)

Hey, there, reubmar69. I’ll get it right out to you. I’ve been a bit slim on the forum because I’ve been involved in preparing what I call an exit strategy. Seems like Tampa’s got a Category 5 hurricane headed our way.

Category 5’s are such fun. They tend to level even multi-level, cinder-block structures. 90% of the homes in Granada were leveled. Hurricane Andrew, the most devestating hurricane ever to hit the US, was a Category 5.

This makes Hurricane #3 in just 4 weeks!
