Drink a bunch of water with dinner.

Go to bed earlier.

get an iced tea maker and make a gallon of green tea at a time store it in the fridge.
I make a gallon a night like tha tand drink a gallon a day on top of water.

yes its alot but its good and if I wake up to pee or something and I am hungry I will have a glass of milk maybe a piece of jerky

home made jerky has turned into my most favorite snack and yes gatorade has tons of sugar in it thast what it is sugar water really thats why its used best at post workout

Is there a certain amount of water I need to consume on a daily basis?

how many ounces? should i drink a gallon of water a day? 8oz glass 10x a day? does my body need a certain amount of water i guess is what i am asking

I shoot for a gallon. Actually, I shoot for two gallons, but I work outside doing manual labor for eight hours a day, so my needs are a bit more than yours. I shoot for a gallon a day during the school year.

The more and clearer you’re pissing, the better.

This may sound silly, but a fellow of mine who is training too says…if I don’t shit at least twice a day, then I am not eating enough. I don’t know. Something along those lines. Who wants to tackle this one for me?

Ask him where he gets his information. Then read it, and see if it makes sense.

The idea that no one has made serious progress without taking two dumps a day is too ludicrous to give serious thought to.

Being regular is important for health though- fiber helps digest protein and keep your entire system working happy.

Fiber is good. Two shits a day is not necessary.
