Trying to be Strong

I have been running a version of 5/3/1 for a while now. Im 290 at 5’9. I compete in strongman
I just thought I would keep a training log.
Today was my bench and overhead day I have a strongman comp saturday so I kept it pretty easy today

Felt pretty easy probably would have done a double if it wasnt a few days before comp

Again felt light probably had another one in me

Called it a day will rest and stretch for the comp on saturday

ok so I got my butt kicked during the competition on saturday. i was really dissapointed with how things went! I took mondays pressing day off and did a short leg workout today.

This was a weird training day normally I split my upperbody up into two days but yesterday I did it all in one day cause I was sore from the comp on monday.
