Try to Watch this Video and Not Become Enraged

I think someone should try the theory out for a few weeks. If it works, it’s a revolution (that’s a big if). Even banana-fingers likes the training…

I almost pissed myself when he said toes lol. There was nothing explosive in his training. He needs a big mac and some oreos.

When he was doing the curls while sitting, it looked like he was trying to push out a giant turd. The sad thing is he probably goes around telling people that he benches over 460 lbs.
Haha, i read your comment before i saw that part and i was laughing so hard when he did it.

Also, the music is extremely gay, almost as gay as his top.

Edit: He also complains about wasting time putting plates on the barbell. Who would have thought weightlifting would include lifting weights and putting them on a bar.

This video is SO worth it just to see Pete Sisco.

(The proof is in the pudding?) (lots & lots of delicious pudding. with a side order of pudding.)

LMAO! How can you expect to be taken seriously. Now, if he were talking powerlifting and had numbers to show, that would be one thing. But, to talk about “health” and “fitness”, no. Not just no but HELLZ NO!

Pete Sisco the powerlifter never considered himself a bodybuilder.

nice vid, those were some serious feats of strength. this would make a great anti-steroid campaign video

Hysterical.

On a totally unrelated note, I LOVE your avatar. Henry’s The Man!

I was reading through the comments under the video and had to stop, I’m going to piss myself laughing if I carry on. Especially after this gem:

''Sure. In the gym, I was always doing on the leg press machine about 100kg. With squats about 90-110kg. My joints limited the weight, but my muscles wanted more. On a traditional bench press, I struggled at about 50-60kg.
On the 7000 here are a few results:

2005/10/27 (start)
Leg Press: 335kg
Bench Press: 136kg

Max Weights
Leg Press: 558kg (167% increase)
Bench Press: 264kg (194% increase) ‘’

Man, I hate when my muscles are pumping for more weight on the bench press but my joints just won’t handle the weight. Sure my arms nearly fell out of their sockets one time when I tried to bench the weight my muscle wanted.
So this idiot is claiming to be able to…
Leg Press: 558kg or 1230 lbs
Bench Press: 264kg or 582 lbs

When I see it I’ll fucking believe it… I mean we should be able to look up this dumb fucks world records in his category… Right?

hahahahaha… I’m about to ask the personal trainers at the gym if they can design a toe routine for me

C’mon, I’d kill for a 19" neck. Of course, if it had the same amount of fat on it as Sisco’s, the next thing I’d eat would have to be a bullet.

holy fuck, this makes p90x look like the holy grail! It makes crossfit look like a gingerbread house.

I would love to see a big dude do the “leg press” and break the machine.

most of the stronger people on this forum would simply destroy the machine after it claims a 4500lb bench press

wtf mate

haha, imagine seeing ronnie leg press… “yeaaaah buddy, light weight!!! oh watch yo’ self, I just broke your machine.”

I just left him this message on his youtube page:

Hey, you had the best strength videos I’ve seen on youtube! I noticed you ended up with a really great physique and stuff. I was wondering if you could give me some guidance on how to replicate your results without an expensive machine like you have? Also, what kind of nutritional program are you on for those results! I’m glad the program is working out so well for you

Actually, I wrote that message from my e-mail only reading the first two paragraphs of this, amazing that he decided to go back to the gym… it’s starts funny than miserably tails off:

Thanks for the compliment. I wrote a long explanation to answer your question and it failed. And when I returned some young person had done what so many others do on that video, and insult me swear at me, and tell me I know nothing about weight lifting. They simply do not understand what I know.

The science is all there with the SCT training. I took mine to my outer limit but found I was too isolated working out only at home. And I must admit that without full motion weights, the strength is only at the max position. So I am back at the gym working a hybrid and I get fantastic results. I will always be very tall, very lean, but with 9% bodyweight, and my muscles extremely cut from the training and eating I do, … well, my results are the BEST for me. I will NEVER bulk up. Ever. I have been trying everything for 10 years and I do not get larger. Just more dense.

Here is what I do at the gym:

 1. Divide upper and lower workouts into A and B, and do them alternatingly every two days (mon, wed, fri, etc.)
 2. Do three sets of 10 reps.
 3. For each set, move your weights a bit heavier (whatever is good for you). Example: 50, 55, 60.
 4. When you return to the same workout (A, B then A) next time do 55, 60, 65. And so forth.
 5. You will continually go up with large jumps at first, but as everything gets heavier, you will find that you can only increment with smaller amouts, such as 100, 102.5, 105 and such.
 6. If the next time you cannot do 55, 60, 65 it simply means your body is too tired and needs more rest, because you HAVE DONE IT before therefore the muscles know.

THE ONLY WAY muscles get stronger is if you give them more weight than they are used to. This is why people who constantly use 50, 50, 50, etc. are not really benefiting AS MUCH AS those who constantly move the weights up.

It is hard… and it gets really exhausting (I tend to fall asleep on the mat when I’m doing my final stretches), but if you try this, you will find that within a month or two, the amount of workouts you do and the weights you increase give you real life results.

The other critical thing to note is you MUST record all your data because if you don’t you may not recall the exact weights you used the previous time.

For diet… I used to be a carb fiend, being an elite mountain biker. But I found through 10 years of experimenting, reading 100 years of biology, biochemistry, science, and health research that the body cannot utilize carbohydrates the way we are led to believe. It has a negative effect to what we are told. So I am quite low carb and I supplement with essential fatty acids Omega6, Omega 3 in the proper ratio (not fish oil! Very bad for the body). And I eat lots of meats, vegetables (low carb ones), cheese, eggs, yogurt and the like. It has made a dramatic difference to my health, my energy, my concentration, my mood, my body overall and so much more.

So, the comment that 22 year old guy left (and the comment the 21 year old left on his page - go look for yourself) is totally off base. They are not even old enough to understand a fraction of the research I have done, and the work I have done in the health field, as well as my exercise training.

But it takes all kinds of assholes to make the world go around.

I hope this isn’t too long and I hope you receive. If you try this, and it works for you, let me know. If it doesn’t work, try some different combination. But I BELIEVE THE SCIENCE. And science shows that the ONLY way you can increase strength is if you constantly force the muscles to lift more than what they are accustomed to. And it makes sense.
