Screw those lower taxes. I have realized a few thing over the past several weeks.
First of all paying higher taxes is good for the government and I want to support my government so that it becomes larger and can help more people. Secondly, I find Trump is truly evil, vile and disgusting (and those are his good qualities). IMPEACH HIM. I truly am with you and wish that the dems would stop dragging their feet.

Congressional Republicans are fucked. The only reason I don’t see the Senate being lost is because the map is way too good for them in 2018.
Failing to vote for a bill they all voted for in 2015 is shambolic beyond words. Disgraceful.
Edit: No way they are getting tax reform done now. They have no budget wiggle room to get it through reconciliation, so it will require 60 votes. Good luck.

If it did…what would have been done is list a number of procedures and surgeries that the Military will not pay for and move on. (Which actually they already do).
This was based on some perception that our readiness and effectiveness as a Military is “diminished” in some may by Transgender people, plain and simple.
Saw an article that showed over half the country believes Trump won the popular vote.
I’m starting to think I may be over politics. We made as our top picks Trump and Hilary. And over half doesn’t realize Trump won but not the popular vote.
I love my country but we are some stupid motherfuckers. We deserve to be led by a temper tantrum twitter fiend. I may just move on from here once again and take a year or two break.

I wasn’t even aware of the specific instance you were referencing. It was a silly joke about the hand wringing involved any time anything is cut and also the absurdity of officials of any kind (insurance, bureaucrats, military) getting into healthcare decisions between doctors and patients. But that’s the catch when you have a 3rd party pay for healthcare.
The military has had some pretty weird ideas about sexuality over the years. To the point where there was a “gay bomb” proposed.
Would it be fair to say that you shouldn’t enlist in the military if you have a case of debilitating depression that would make you unable to perform your duties? Wouldn’t enlisting with gender identity disorder hurt your ability to do your job?
