And no matter what general gave the order it was under the commander and chiefs authority. Maybe you would be able to answer the question. Though he has done more to hurt the Russians than any president in recent time. What has he done for them? Since he’s accused of being bought and paid for by them?

We may have different definitions of recent, but I’d say that bleeding them dry in Afghanistan and Reagan sticking the fork in them was pretty devastating.
Why does everyone who screams “hypocrisy!” and “conspiracy!” at the thought of Russians having kompromat on a prominent businessman who was in the country and stayed in hotels that are known to be bugged then casually call Hillary a murderer?
