Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 2)

I’m still not on board with the concept. Jackson’s LOTR were some of the best battle sequences ever put to film. I don’t think making them more graphic would add to the story.

Speaking of fantasy land, Lewiston/Auburn had their “No Kings” protest again today. It was packed full of boomers calling the exact same federal policies they supported in the 90’s “fascist”.

Were we living in a fascist land when Bill Clinton was President? I guess so, according to this bridge full of people who voted for Bill Clinton.

Full Republican control of the House and Senate and a narcissist Democrat President may be the road map for prosperity we’ve been looking for. Ahh, the 90’s.

You’d think the “No Kings” thing would just turn into an anti war protest, but nope. Illegal immigrants are more important than Israeli wars in the middle east I guess.

Newt would like to have a word with you.

Why? I gave the republican congress credit . He was a great speaker and knew how to make Clinton deal.

Yeah. I gotta stop reading stuff on my phone. I miss too much.

Seems like I’ve a new anthem to get shitfaced to. This is one catchy tune, I wanna put together a pirate ship flotilla with these guys and set sail to Gaza.
I know it’s AI, but how difficult can it be to get some micks inside a boat and ship them to Gaza? They know how to blow shit up too, see how those Palestinans like to have their car explode.

So, how high does oil need to go for the US to “win” in Iran?

$150? $200?

Seeing reports of another 10000 troops being sent to the region. Ground invasion seems inevitable.

Which will do wonders for oil prices.

Last time US fucked up the Middle East Europe got the refugee crisis as a consequence. We’re still cleaning that up. Now we’re getting pretty strong inflation spike.

“Thanks”.

I like to think its going to be when the gas price signs reach 9.99/ gal and they can’t fit a higher number in. I’ve already seen diesel at 6.00 a gallon a week ago, not sure about it at the moment. Regular was about 4.00 a gallon last week too.

There are now 50,000 troops in the Middle East.

An Air Force base in Louisiana was swarmed by drones capable of thwarting security measures. (First time, I believe, that a base in our homeland has ever been breached. To what end, who knows, but somebody is saying hello).

NATO allies are closing off support.

Sleeper cells are likely activating.

This is going to be a long war. But hey, Israel got to punch its estranged Euphrates brother in the nose with our fist.

One of Trumps key positions was being anti-war. Unfortunate.

And it really seems like the tone for the administration is “okay we fucked up, but we dont know how to stop now and not look stupid.” So they’re doubling down and hoping. That or they’re literally being blackmailed to keep this going.

I’m guessing both.

Don’t blame us for your ineffectual leadership.

Poland and Hungary did the right thing. You guys handed them your own hard earned social safety net and women (probably children too), while rent seeking invaders of working age walked right in on you.

I agree, but we (usa) aren’t. I wonder were it not for geography if we would be in the exact same predicament as most of Europe.

Yeah, we had the central/south american version of it, along with a healthy mix of any others from around the globe.

It was surely badly handled and European countries weren’t prepared.

But the background reason was shit flying in Middle East. Every time there happens something (Arab spring, ISIS, War) it’s shown here.

It’s a complex topic. How to pick “good immigrants” from “bad ones” while preserving the rule of law is not so simple as it sounds.

But there surely was a lot of naivety around in 2015-2016. Once the crime statistics jumped people started to change their minds. All EU members have tightened their immigration policies since.

I just happened to read this. US is not the only one increasing deportations.

Also. I mostly like Poland, I’ve been there several times, and I guess there’s good in Hungary too, but Orban is an imbecile.

Do you think Israel had already gotten to Trump back in the 1980’s?

Its a really fucked up irony. They run from the people who want to kill them (instead of dying with their balls attached) and run to peaceful wealthy countries where the people are minding their own business- and start fights with them.

I ran into a white chechen muslim dude once that came here after getting blown up in Chechnya (for asylum?) He was full of all kind of piss and vinegar until he was brougt to the realization that 4 out of 5 people he was talking shit to were Gulf War vets and carrying concealed at that very moment.

I hope that dude found peace somehow, cuz it was not looking good for him here.
