Trump: 2020 and Beyond

That would be correct, along with me

And so the censorship begins. Helping to prove my point, you guys don’t believe in freedom of speech. Oh well its its okay, its just another private forum, its the owner’s right, freedom of speech doesn’t matter.

I 'd be happy to talk with Chris personally about any potential issues, or inaccuracies?

I’m sure all the Commie’s got to see the post anyway.

Ha ha, If I get banned so be it. You guys won’t know what to do with yourselves.

The same thing we did before you came around. You think you’re the first troll to post here?

Ha, Of course not, you trolled here long before I ever did:)

Repeat after me. That wasn’t a violation of your freedom of speech that wasn’t a violation of your freedom of speech that wasn’t a violation of your freedom of speech.

Again I would suggest a class that may help you understand America a bit more. You don’t quite know how our government works or what certain things means.

Oh look it’s almost like you know the answer. Wait are you for or against communism? Seems like you don’t like the free market much.

We’ve had trolls come and go over the years. We’ll be fine. Weirdly a lot of them all play out with the oh I’m not a…and then they get frustrated and their true colors come out.

Going to guess you need us more than the other way around.

What’s a little Beyond_the_Pale when we’ve had the misery of The R** himself? Still taken aback by the revolting post above.
It’s worrying to think that this is what many Trump superfans are like when the mask slips.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.
Maya Angelou.

Edited for damnatio memoriae

Don’t. Just don’t. I’m afraid it will be like Beetlejuice, mention his name three times and he’ll reincarnate. :joy:

Sounds like a Commie brainwashing mantra. I don’t think you know what free speech is. If you do, you definitely don’t believe in it.

Its easy, I don’t have to like Communism. Their death count makes other offenders look insignificant in comparison. Freedom of speech means Commies can say what they want too. Its you who is against free markets. Communists believe in state control, not free markets.

Freedom of speech allows others to disagree. The GoP in the US passed a bill granting companies individual rights. They don’t like when their bills come back to haunt them, but this one did. An individual can break ties with people they don’t agree with as a form of disagreement, then so can an individual like youtube.

No one believes in free markets. Everyone loves Ayn Rand until they need a handout.

This is accurate. As I’ve said before, 16’ was the first time I didn’t vote for the Republican candidate for President and I hope to get back to voting right in 24’. We’ll see how the party evolves.

Lol no you CLEARLY do not know what it is. People have tried pointing it out and you still don’t get it. That’s ok many Americans don’t either and think a post hidden on a message board is some world shaking event and not someone being like you know what we run this site and don’t want that on here.

You view it as an attack on freedom of speech and it isn’t. Because you don’t know what freedom of speech means.

T-Nation is an owned site/business and they can run it as they see fit. You can cry about it all you want, but you can’t do anything about it. If you want to just say awful stuff you can all over the internet in numerous places. But they don’t “owe” you a place to do that. You follow their rules or you don’t post here.

And one more time for you…that’s not a violation of freedom of speech when they do that. When you know what it means you can easily recognize when it has and hasn’t been violated. Until you figure that out I fear we are stuck on here correcting it. I believe in freedom of speech not being violated. Since it didn’t happen with your post I’m not remotely concerned.

Yes. Our all time great troll we must be careful with that name.

I do!

Me and a cop had a brief exchange one time, wherein I told him “Ah, fuck you…” and drove off. He got real mad and waved another cop at me and they arrested and cited me. I was then tried at the magistrate, found guilty, and fined, which I appealed and won in a higher court.

That led to a dive into what constitutes free speech, and when that right has been violated.

You see, what you’ve done up there is basically graffiti on someone else’s property. Because this website is in fact, someone else’s real and intellectual property.

They are well within their rights to clean that crap up and prevent you from doing it again.

But you haven’t had any official weight or pressure from any government entities or officials brought to bear on you, so there is no violation of your rights. You haven’t been arrested by any definition, prosecuted, or penalized in any way.

Are you trying to say by signing up and using the forum we have to abide by some set of rules like the ones below made clear? This is a huge buzzkill. I was just about to send links to my pyramid scheme for you suckers…I mean dear friends until I read this crap below. As usual T-Nation ruining my best ideas. Plus those asshole articles saying stuff like I have to put in the work to see results! That’s not why I click on the exercise articles I just want a six pack and big arms. Best damn workout plan for natural lifters my ass. If it’s so good why do I have to work?!?

Sarcasm CT don’t crush me. You’re my favorite author!

I’m not saying that. If it were up to me you could just post the dicpics instead of e-mailing them. :joy:

It’s just another way the man has created to keep us down.

It could have been you that I had the discussion with before. I know about the private company loophole, that allows them to decide if they can kick someone off their platform or not. Its also based on whether the platform purports to be a public platform, or a publisher. Then it gets murky legally, regarding the actual reasons for stopping or banning someone.
Freedom of speech is not just a law, that applies in America, its a broader concept. If someone chooses to ban someone, that might be their legal right, but they are still preventing someone from expressing free speech. The old saying you don’t silence a man by cutting their tongue out, you only show that you are afraid of what they have to say.

I don’t really have a problem if T Nation does whatever it wants. It does portray itself as a public forum. If I have broken one of their codes then I’d like to know exactly what it was because they are open to interpretation. From what I can tell many people are potentially breaking the rules here as general practice.
Until I know the exact reasons then I can’t say if I even have a problem with TNation’s policy. Like everyone else, I’m a guest here and will abide by the relevant rules when it is clarified.
My original statement was not intended to criticse TNation, it was a criticism on the hypocrisy of some of you guys that profess to support it, but try to hide behind technicalities, that abuse the essential spirit of the concept of free speech.

Skyz, some of your points have been addressed in my earlier post. My issue isn’t with TNation. They seem to be reasonably fair with other cases I have seen, so I’ll abide by whatever they decide.

Glad you won your appeal.

:+1:

It was a slam dunk. There is already case law on it in PA.

There was a movement in our county though where police were locking people up a good bit. A few 6 digit civil settlements put a pretty quick end to that though. Not like in the 100’s either. More like 6ish.
