b) not enough to swing the election or any single state for Trump.
I’ve been on these forums advocating for voter ID laws, and a few other things to reduce the capability for fraud in elections. I remember making posts on that as far back as GW’s administration, and I still stand by that. I do not consider it disenfranchisement in any way. So I would never say that we shouldn’t make our elections more secure or that these things aren’t warranted, and I don’t want anyone who’s newer to the forums to mistake my comments about this particular election’s results as saying so.
But it just ain’t enough to move the needle here, it’s happened in every election, and on top of all that the evidence WAS considered… There just wasn’t much of it.
FYI to people not in the US, courts can dismiss or refuse to hear cases based on lack of evidence rather than solely on technicalities. Basically telling prosecutors to “come back when you have real evidence”. This does happen a fair bit.
Most of the time though the legal team makes sure to have enough at the start lol.

What I do know is that lots of very suspicious activity was reported during the counting.
There are many separate allegations of democratic observers during the vote count interfering with Republican observers, stopping them from being able to do their job.
Republican observers being locked out of the procedures, cardboard obstructions are stuck on windows to prevent anyone on the outside from viewing or filming the process that continues inside.
