Dude, I know how I feel before and after so you trying to tell me sky is red is a joke for me. How the F do you think I can provide you evidence for better sexual experience?
Before and after? You CANNOT know this as youāve only been doing this for a few WEEKS. Your body isnāt even fully stabilized yet. You do not have any understanding of the fact that you cannot make assessments of things based on changes made for a couple of weeks. It doesnāt work that way. Any idea how long it would take to assess the changes from dropping HCG and raising your test dose? It would probably take longer than the entire time youāve been on TRT to really make an assessment. This is why men need YEARS of trying things out to see what works for them and report the outcomes of different protocols. Again, you are in no position whatsoever to be making any claims on this. None. Nada. Zero. Zilch. This is what is so frustrating.
@vonko1988 do you realize you have been on TRT for 6.5 weeks?? Iāve been on TRT for 4.5 YEARS and I still feel Iām new to this. Do you get this? Can you understand this? 6.5 weeks your body is still in flux. You cannot make an assessment for a SINGLE protocol at this point. Why is this so difficult for you to understand?
āYou donāt need to constantly stimulate the testicles on TRT, just inject more testosterone. If you want your testicles hanging, cycle the HCG to better mimic the natural pulsatility of LH.ā
I have thought a lot about taking this HCG cycle approach ā¦what are the thoughts on dosage and cycle timeframe to achieve?
I just received this message from a guy who has been on TRT for 16 years (heās 44 years old):
Hey Danny, forgot to mention it before. I followed Dr Eric Serranos fertility protocol (5000iu hcg weekly 4-6 weeks, followed by 2500iu hcg weekly 4-6 weeks with 20mg Tamoxifen every day).
My sperm count went from 1.5 million per ml to 18 million per ml. Well above the average.
Tell him i said thank you and Iām grateful for his advice
In science/evidence based medicine there is different levels of evidence.
Level 1 evidence is for example a randomized clinical trial etc etc
The lowest level is level 5 which is āExpert opinion without explicit critical appraisalā
The issue is that you sell (or actually try to enforce) your level 6 evidence (i talked to an expert who is basing his opinion on personal experience) as level 1 evidence.

@johann77
Youāve posted that 100 times now. Why is it that not one person complains of being left permanently sterile after TRT? I know of 6 people personally (face to face) that are on TRT. Three of them had kids unexpectedly and two of them started HCG/HMG when they were ready and conceived within a year. The other one just doesnāt have game so he doesnāt get laid.
Iāve told you about my personal experience dealing with two of the top fertility docs in the country (based out of NYC) and their first hand reassurance that theyāve never had a patient that became permanently sterile from testosterone replacement use alone. With the worst cases requiring discontinued TRT use for a period of time along with the addition of other drugs.
Thereās a ton of stories on this site where people eventually have kids after being on TRT for long periods. The only story Iāve read where someone couldnāt was updated many years later to say they were expecting. We put so much stock in studies like they are gospel but Iāll take legit real life any day.
I am yet to encounter one person who said that even HCG didnāt help, regardless of dose, after having been on TRT.
I have a lack of evidence, if anything, that what you are saying is true. How am I supposed to provide evidence for a lack of evidence?
Can you provide me with YOUR evidence for a number of men that you have encountered, so I may speak with them first hand, that were unable to get their levels up regardless of dose?
I cannot back up 100% of what I say using clinical studies. When Eric Serrano tells me he is or isnāt seeing something in his practice, I believe him. When other physicians report the same, and then dozens more come forward and say the same, I donāt need a clinical study to tell you guys that this is the case. If you want to obsess over it, be my guest.
So this is news to me that ejaculate volume can return without HCG. Are people actually experiencing this? My ejaculate is basically nothing without HCG.
Dude, why dont you relax a bit? Somebody that reads can say you are going in estrogen rage ![]()
You will not change my stance regarding HCG. I like it, I think its useful for what I aim and desire thatās it
You continue to give incorrect information to people.
You had just started TRT, immediately claimed issues with libido, without giving your protocol enough time, did a blood test after mere days of being on, and then added HCG, and are able to say that HCG makes everything better.
Do you not realize how ridiculous this is? For anyone reading, this is NOT how one assesses a protocol. So to start telling everyone that they need HCG for libido, with 6 weeks of experience, is not only irresponsible, itās ridiculous. I understand you are unable to grasp this concept.
And, yes, I will continue to warn others that the information you provide is misleading and false to ensure they donāt do the same.
Yes. I havenāt had HCG at all in months and I have⦠a lot going on. I donāt think more details are necessary in this case, lol.
We know. We gave up and quit trying in āthisā case. I recommend you do the same.
Interesting⦠one last question about your jizz. When you started TRT did you ever lose your ability to produce a decent amount of ejaculate and then somehow it rebounded? Or did you just never miss a step? This will definitely help me bc I am always looking to take less medication. Thanks in advance for putting up with these questions haha.
Yes, exactly and it has worked awesome for me and HCG improved sexual staff for me. I dont care what you think about this.
You can warn as much as you want. Im not telling people what to do but only providing my personal experience.
You are in no position to judge my experience no matter how serious you ve taken yourself to be any authority in the TRT world
It was less⦠felt pretty weird at the time, then recently has gone back to normal if not more than normal. I donāt know why or how
Did you ever do 12 weeks on a good dose without HCG? No (you have only been on for 6 weeks). You added HCG right away. So how can you possibly know what HCG is doing?
You donāt HAVE any experience. Youāve been doing this for 6 weeks. Youāve never had the chance to been on or off HCG long enough to have any understanding what it is doing for you.
Iāve never in my life met anyone with a literal absence of logical thought, to this extent, in my life.
TRT 100 mg with HCG 1000 IU three times per week To induce fertility for years but have since lowered HCG to 500 IU twice per week to maintain fertility with TRT.
Not likely.
How much T do you use?
How much T?
And just because thereās some increase in E doesnāt mean something is wrong.
