HCG has been known to spike E2 and throw the balance off.
I agree. It actually took half a year on TRT for my libido to return to normal.
@BrickHead
Same for me. Took a while.
Mine looked like it was separated. Like clear stuff with chunky white stuff. Then eventually went back to normal.
I believe pics would suffice. Have your girl take a selfie when you get done.
Exactly. I cannot understand why some people are so much against it and repeating it like a gospel. Many experienced TRT doctors have pulled arguments for using it except fertility. Crisler loved it. There is one British doctor I have to search for him that also always puts his patients on it and he seems very sensible. My dr is not its biggest fan but said I should definitely give it a try. Many TRT patients are feeling better on it. So what the fuck?
My dose of 250UI is relatively low compared to what most people use and this protocol seems perfect for me. The only thing Im not sure of is whether I have to use the HCH ED like 100 or 150UI instead of EOD but for now I keep it this way
220mg every week (62,5 EOD)
I wonder if you actually read the article.

I am happy for your friends whos sperm count recovered and successfully achieved a pregnancy with their partners. However, thats just a handful of guys and that might just not be representative for everybody. In the study that I linked a total of 66 men where investigated, and thats only one study. Statistically speaking the higher the number of subjects the better it reflects the entire population. In addition such studies are controled for cofounding factors - its just a different level of evidence.

If you and your partner are in the 20s it doesnt really matter if your sperm count recovers within 3 months or 18 months - there is plently of time left to make babies. Its different if you and your partner are in the late 30s. Lets say you start TRT at age 35, meet the woman of your life and 3 years down the road you decide to start a family. It makes a hell of a difference if you achieve reasonable fertility within 3 months or within 18 months as the fertility of your soulmate in her late 30s is literally dropping by the month. With posting this article i try to send the message ābe realistic - it can take longer if you have been on TRT for years and you are in your late 30s - you might not be as lucky as dextermorgans friends so you better start with that hCG sooner than later or your time ticking soulmate will get sad, angry and frustratedā.

It is very rare, but there are reports of permanent infertility due to steroid abuse. Yes i know its different to TRT, but in the sense that your testis shut down its not. Use it or loose it. And dont forget that after cessation of TRT the sperm count returns eventually, but it might only return to subnormal levels which may requires you to get some help from assissted reproduction (ART like IVF) which are very costly.
It is too much different and not only due to testes. With steroid abuse many other body systems are differently affected. You just cannot extrapolate that to medical TRT.
I have a question for you a bit off topic and I know you will know it. A friend of mine that decided not to use HCG has some bacteriostatic waters from the USA. The expiry date is 20200801. Is this August or January?
Oh, nice thanks
dbossa. Love your opinions and contributions but the evidence for this claim has way too many variables to be stated as factual. The main flaw being that if someone is going to the Dr and having their T levels checked they are most likely not feeling great. If they are symptomatic but have high endogenous T then obviously the root of their issue is elsewhere. In this instance the ādataā for your claim is nowhere close to scientific.
Have you heard of any instances where a man with 1200 T levels hopped on exogenous T and brought his T levels up to 1200 and claimed he felt better?
I need to clarify this.
Multiple physicians have reported this to me as something they have observed in their practice:
If you have a man who has insufficient androgen levels and you either boost his natural levels using HCG or give him exogenous testosterone, he will almost always feel better with the exogenous testosterone compared to the boosted natural levels.
I didnāt mean to say take a guy with 1200 total T and give him exogenous test. I have no idea whatsoever what the outcome would be for something like that as it isnāt anything that would ever be done.
Is that more clear?
I bet that same statement becomes less true when you change total T to Free T
Example, me. I had a test a year or two ago where I had almost 1000 total T and still had very low free T and e2 from my shbg being insanely high (ft and e2 were single digits from what I recall). So, I would bet itās more to do with the free T increase/shbg reduction than total T. Which makes sense, in my uneducated state school opinion anyways.
I added in HCG because I was having an ache in my testicles, the ache went away but I then got nipple sensitivity and a lump and I could speculate that the HCG spiked my E2? Am I the only person to have the ache? I would happily drop the HCG. I could care less about the size of my balls- they were too damn big to begin with and I am done having children.
Drop the HCG. The ache will pass. I just recorded a video about it that will get uploaded in the next 24 hours.
Ok. I just subscribed to your Youtube channel, so I will look for it.
It is being uploaded now so you should see it soon.
Same here!
I got my ex pregnant many times while on androgel for 3 years. and we had two kids 4 years after stopping androgel. If this counts?
