Any respectful input I’d appreciate. If you’re going to be a dick, no need to reply.
TRT is 300-400mg a week, huh? I believe 99% of all gym bros have no idea what TRT is. Just my opinion but 300mg-400mg of test is not TRT, it’s a steroid cycle dose. Why not drop the TRT label and just give the dose of your test?
Thank you for the input. It’s greatly appreciated. Also thank you for not being a judgmental douche bag like some people. Just want to look bad ass for my daughters wedding in the Caribbean in Aug. atv51 the stuff I use to do to drop weight doesn’t work like it use to.
You really don’t need drugs to cut to 12%. They don’t burn dat and your carrying enough bodyfat that if you diet smartly you won’t lose any muscle. I would just run 200mgWk test and keep diet/cardio on point. Unless you competing especially as an older BB it’s not necessary and hard on the body.
Thank you sir. Any advice on diet? I do weight train 6 days a week and do cardio 4 days for 40 minutes. Eithe rjump rope, walk on treadmill at 15% incline or run a few miles. I sometimes all 3 depending on how I’m feeling. Is my diet constrict? I’m not starving myself. Running about 1k calorie deficit.
Disclaimer: I have never counted calories, yet competed in bodybuilding contests over three decades. So, I don’t know how severe a 1,000 calorie deficit actually is. I would guess that my deficits were much less than 1,000 calories.
But, from my experience, one key aspect of a diet to optimize body composition is to control insulin swings. Frequent protein meals is one component. The other component is to clean up your diet from all sugar added and processed foods. Now you will cease storing fat caused by blood sugar swings.
I competed successfully in many bodybuilding contests and never did any cardio. I did add cardio during the years I competed in my late 30’s and 40’s.
My point is that a strategic diet is all that is necessary to get extremely lean. How strategic is your diet?
My advice would be to not run that big a deficit. It’s not sustainable. You may drop weight but you will rebound. When I diet I run a 2-300xal deficit until I’m stagnant for a couple weeks then I drop another 2-300cals.
What not start a log and track your food/training/cardio daily so we can get a good look at what’s going on.
Maintenance calories is 2300. I lm eating about 1300-1500 daily. Chicken, lean beef, rice and occasionally eggs, fish, avacado or olive oil for the fats. Most of my calories come from meats. Only 140grams of cooked rice a day.
I eat no sugar, dairy (except occasional plain Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of honey) No processed food except for Tabasco for flavor on rice and meat. May have some blue berries with my Greek yogurt. Water, water and more water.
Dude, who cares! Do the tren!! I am 60 and about to added it to a test and primo cycle I am doing. That other old dude pointed out that it is harsh on the cardiovascular system, well no shit!!
Keep your dose low and the sides will be low as well. Eat more while on the tren, bump your carbs a 100 more grams on workout days….the tren will eat it up
