HI all,
TRT is going well, when it’s going well…
Medical care is, not all that good.
When Total T levels are good E2 is high…
Need to find Doctor that has kept up on current research.
THX,
Mike

Good luck finding someone in Raleigh area. I ended up having to go out of state to find a Dr. who was knowledgeable in HRT. Found urologist in Raleigh who got me on T CYP shots, but refused to treat E2 levels.
I’m on androgel…
I have high e2 (30) on enough pumps to get me only to 530…
Current urologist target is low 500… Regardless of Harvard study… cited Reggie Jackson’s hip replacement as evidence of evils of Test… Looked it up, prednizone and hydrocortizone associated with bone loss… Also hip injuries… Like getting beaned…
Funny, he’s never mentioned Free-T…
PM me with a reference to your Dr.'s name if your comfortable…
Get referrals from compounding pharmacies. Tell them what you want. T+hCG+AI
T-gels expose a lot of skin to T, driving up E2. Strong compounded creams [20%] are applied to small surface areas and that reduces T–>E2 in the skin.
Your E2=30 is what can be expected.
Read the sticky and “the testosterone syndrome” by Shippen.
Tell the urologist that you want the T levels of a normal young male. Point out that young males are not getting bone disease from there natural T levels. Prednizone hydrocortizone do cause bone damage! It will be fun to tell the doc that he is wrong… a parting gift.
Hey KSMan,
Still trying to get where you have recommended within the Medical community. I’ve read everything you have suggested. Read as much research as available on the WWW.
There’s a Bio/HRT seminar tonight at a compounding pharmacy… I have made necessary arrangements to go tonight. Hopefully, they’ll address men’s issues… Regardless, hoping for referral.
Thanks’s KSMan…
You’re helping a lot of guys…
