TRT, E2 and HCG

I’ve been using TRT at 125mg/week with HCG 250 x 2/week for the last 4 months. I’ve noticed during this time that my left nipple now has a small lump underneath and can get a little sore. I’m guessing this is the start of some gyno/ e2 related issue.

I’m wondering how can I combat this? Is it the HCG giving me e2 issues? I doubt its the test as its only 125mg as week.

Also, realistically how much of a difference does 125mg of test a week make? Am I more towards the upper levels of natty? I did not jump on TRT for any low T issues, just more for overall body composition and well-being reasons. however, if I’m going to have e2 issues, it really isn’t worth it as I didn’t need it to begin with.

I’m 28 and have blasted twice before, with no issues related to e2 (was using AI).

There is so much wrong here.

You believe you didn’t have low levels yet are taking 125mg a week for body composition? You should just stop now. A dose that low will have virtually no effect and you are suppressing your natural production unnecessarily.

The world is officially broken. I agree with @dbossa again. I must be overtired. I will add though that Tamoxifen/Nolvadex is what you use if you actually develop gyno.

Well if you have more well being on TRT than off, that to me tells me your levels may have been normal, but not optimal. If you’re on TRT and an AI, you’re better off stopping both because the AI will in the long run cause more harm than good.

You’re young man with normal testosterone levels and I am wondering if you tried to increase T naturally, shouldn’t be difficult at a young age of 26.

He stated he had no low T symptoms. He’s doing himself more harm than good.

@hardartery Raloxifene is even better

Oh, and welcome to the dark side :wink:

I think so as well and he is risking his fertility, the true measure of one’s health.

The true measure of one’s health is fertility? Where did you come up with that? If someone had testicular trauma and is infertile, yet does 3 triathlons a year and is in better shape than 99.99% of the population, he’s suddenly not considered healthy? If my sperm count is suppressed due to TRT that means I’m not healthy?

Where do you come up with this stuff? Fertility is one aspect out of a ton of other things.

Dr. Rob made a statement back on the old Round Table on Jay’s Youtube channel, he went into more detail, but considering the decline is sperm over decades and the testosterone decline as well…

Low sperm and low T can be caused by a multitude of reasons with many of them having zero relevance to the person’s health.

Maybe I should have given more insight. I did have some low t symptoms like no Libido and lethargy at times, but that may have been from 3 years of Finasteride use. Once I stopped the finasteride, I barely had any libido for months. It would bounce up and down irregularly. Since being on TRT, my libido is awesome. It was one reason why I decided to give it a try. Since it makes no difference at 125mg in regards to body composition and the risk it poses, I’ll get off and recover. Will a PCT of Nolva 40/40/20/20 be sufficient?

You can always try… That kind of pct often works for bodybuilders… But considering you’ve been on for 4 months you may want to try crossing your fingers each time you swallow the pill :wink:
