Hello, so I am on prescribed TRT Doctor has me on 80mg twice per week. And I am going to add Deca at 200mg a week. Are those ratios good to build muscle. also would it be a good idea to donate blood like a week before blood work. I have to do blood work every 2 months. The only thing my doctor has not given me my prescription is when my red blood cells are too high and he just has me donate then he sends my sexy trt over.
It looks like you have decided to add 200mg/wk of Deca. This is fine, IMO.
Why not get your testosterone where you are going to get Deca. Quit your TRT with your doctor for a year or two and run 200mg/wk testosterone stacked with 200mg/wk Deca for a while. Go get your labs independent from your doctor, as you medicate yourself. You are your own doctor. As irresponsible as that sounds, that is what all of us do when we run AAS.
If you have doc bloodwork every two months then you can’t add deca or really anything else. You won’t have enough time to get bloods back in order.
Yeah I think if you just simply double or triple that test intake it would give you the desired effect
You might want read his post. He is on dr trt and has bloods every two months. Not enough time to add anything. He won’t be able to get his bloods in shape in a timely manner.
Yeah i was more or less agreeing with nomad that wherever the deca was projected to come from get your test there and knix the doctor completely for a bit
that does make sense thank you.
If I were you that seems like a good separation from TRT to building more muscle.
stupid question. what if I only ran deca for 12 weeks with anastrozole half a pill once a week?
I have no experience using AI drugs. I would have no sides with 200mg/wk testosterone and 200mg/wk Deca.
There are many guys here that could recommend a good protocol.
@Yankees11
Can you clarify if you plan to continue on doc TRT or stop TRT and do your own thing?
These are two totally different conversations and I want to make sure you are getting accurate info for your plans. I took you initial post as you are on Dr. prescribed TRT and want to add 200mg/wk deca on your own.
Deca doesn’t aromatize much. Taking it solo is bad recipe for many guys, but if you DID try it, no AI is needed.
I don’t see the problem here. If your looking to build muscle you can up the test by taking a test prop so it can be out of your system before you take blood test . Also why stop deca for bloods? It doesn’t do much to where doctor knows your taking it . Especially at low dosage . Maybe slight creatinine elevation. but even at 100mgs probably get same results at 200. Wouldn’t even get much muscle from that anyways . Maybe good for joints . But deca is great compound .
Deca shows as very high test on bloodwork.
I would personally wait a while until Dr. gets you leveled out and then spaces your bloodwork out further. It takes about two months to get test levels normalized ( naturally this depends on half life of compound you’re taking).
I too am on TRT and have added Deca at low dose for my joints. But my doc has me on a 6 month bloodwork schedule now. I haven’t added anything else yet but could plan a cycle and have it out of my system if desired. I’m just not currently sure if it’s worth it to me. Part of my brain really wants to hit a real good recomp cycle. But the part of me that realizes how old I really am (55) isn’t sure it’s worth the risks.
Either way, Deca helps my joints a lot. I’ve been running it at half the dose of my Test c. 100 mg/ 50 mg twice per week. I’ve read of sides hitting harder if it’s greater than your T dose.
all steroids help build muscle. the ratio is going to be more about what you can tolerate and have the least amount of issues with. and you’re gonna have to trial and error that to see what works best.
Hmm. I did see more plates more dates make a video on this . Saying it could . When I did my blood test my test levels were not very high on 140 test and 200 deca . Guess my deca was maybe underdosed ? But good source . One thing I didn’t know . Thank you
DECA-NPP will show up as test on the older testing method and not the “LCMS” test. Most TRT labs will use the later test.
It’s kinda like how tren will show up as E2 on the non-sensitive test. But, will not show as E2 when using the E2 sensitive test method.
