Special considerations: Saturday I did a 6km hike in the mountains with a 600 meter elevation gain followed by a 600m elevation loss. Sunday night I came down with some sort of respiratory infection and yesterday was the first day I felt good enough to go to the gym but figured it was best to give it one extra day.

Gym has been busy lately I keep having to use different machines/exercises than I normally do in order to get out of there in a reasonable amount of time, this session took 2 hours. Still doing drop burnouts on most parts with little to no rest.
