Trouble with Bench Press

If you really are eating what you say you are, then I think you are on the right track.

I think you really need to spend some time reading and understanding how to put a program together.

If you just started training, and you are only 16, you can’t expect to be putting up huge numbers. We all had to spend time under the bar to get our number up, it’s that simple.

Take a couple of days and start reading here. Read the first 3 threads at the top of the beginner forum. Digest the information. Every program there is different, and surely there is will be one that will appeal to you. But one thing you will notice is that they are all balanced and well thought out.

Simply put, if your diet really is in check, then you just need a good program, and you need to execute it with consistency and intensity. Do that and it will all come in time.

Alright, I will do more research and put up a more decent Workout plan…thanks a lot
