Triple H routine??

Depends what kind of cardio.

If you’re talking moderate-low intensity steady state like walking, or even uphill walking, you can do that everyday.

The more intense the cardio, the more fuel & rest you will need.

Any idea what your total numbers are? It doesn’t sound like much, even though your bf% is a little high…

I know my protein altogether is at 225g a day…

I’m not sure about overall cals or carbs or fats though.

DUDE, really?

Amk I the only one that sees the change from Hunter Hemsley(IC contender/old school DX) to The Game (WWE titles and Cactus Jack Fued)? I mean, wasnt it like a 4 month break between his character transition when he came back as a freak?

is it my untrained eye?

If it’s better or not its up to you. Being 16 I’d recommend more frequency in bodyparts, Upper/lower something like that.

As far as Cardio, i’d probably do one day of low intensity steady state and one day of HIIT.

Again, at being 16 I wouldnt restrict yourself too heavily on anything diet wise, just try to generally eat clean and get plenty of activity. I think this age is the perfect time to utilize the G Flux concept.

Just my opinion.

Yes at that time I watched the WWF show every week and remember when Triple H came back and he was huge and impressive. Looked very strong

Didnt one of the old dead pool articles mention a wrestler very “similar” to Triple H?

That was about the same time Scott Steiner came back from a back injury about 50 lbs. heavier in a few months. Maybe they were doing the same routine.
