So I got my ass down to 8% and I’m looking for last minute trips before my vactaion sunday. Losing water or any tips on looking as lean as possible.

Sounds like a great article! Just some other suggestions along those lines…an article on vascularity (why and when its at its most prominent, how to bring it out with certain foods or supps), and an article on “photoshoot” or contest day prep. Something like that would be really helpful and interesting…

t-dog, I would love to see this article, and look forward to doing so. As far as my own experiences trying to lean out with a quickness, I found some good success lowering carbos a little, and adding 15 extra mins of cardio. Also the use of an herbal diuretic, and of course sippin water while out and about did a good number for myself.
