I was doing some german volume training and at the end i was stupidly doing negative pushups when i fall on my hands and decellerate it. the day after i noticed a lump the size of a fingernail sticking out 2 inches above the elbow on the medial head. but theres no pain wtf is it?
Im not going to a doctor because it doesnt look like a tumor and doctors are in the most part, retarted. It looks like a swollen muscle but it moved when i try to work it out like an adhesion and the size isnt changing. Ive never had anything like this from lifting, but it doesnt bother me at all to do pushups, no strain on the muscle or connective tissue. I didnt apply ice though.

theres not much to see, its not protruding more than a couple mm. I think i screwed up the attachment of my brachioradialus.
