Just wondering how other T-men are using Tribex. I purchased a bottle a few weeks ago and am ready to give it a try. Would most say three tablets twice per day? Do most take it with their meals, or on an empty stomach?
ZEB I’m 28 and I saw zero effects from Tribex. I guess I still have high T-Levels. I was taking it 3 tabs twice a day first thing in the morning then again at 3ish in the afternoon. Then I boosted it up to 4 tabs twice a day. I didnt notice anything different or any out of the norm muscle growth.
I use tribex for the last 2 years. Works great I am 39 so my energy go up. I use the 5 days on 2 off
protocol. Also yes I like it after a meal easy on the stomach. Also if you have some M It isva great stack. I throw it in about the beginingvof the 3rd week.

With the first cycle of Tribex I didn’t feel anything, even on four pills twice a day (but I was coming off of a cycle of Mag 10). Now I am on a cycle of Tribex (four pills/twice daily) and the results have been great. I have been taking M along with the Tribex. Hope this helps.

I’ve never taken Tribex but if the pills are like ZMA, white powder in a clear casing, I would assume that the burps tasting bad are the caps breaking down in your throat (I didn’t know what the hell it was and then I actually coughed up white powder; I thought it was steam for a second, scared me a bit, haha). This can be remedied by just taking it with water before during and after, which you are probably doing at meal times and why you aren’t having a problem then.
Yeah I’ll defenitely recommend taking it with meals. I remember this one time I didnt and I burped about 5 minutes after to a cloud of trib powder and quite possibly the worst after taste I’ve ever experienced. It may take more then the first bottle for you to feel the full effect but when it hits you, you’ll kno.
Tribex contents are VERY fine and when someone burps the taste comes back. Drinking more water tends to help this. Other than that there really isn’t a way to curb the tribulus burps unless you take it with food. even then the burps may happen.
3-4 in the morning upon waking, so that there is a chance for absorption before I eat. PLENTY of water chasing it, so that all capsules get flushed to the stomach and I don’t get the powdery and vile-smelling belches.
At 44, I’d have to say it definitely does a body good. I notice a difference in mood and strength in the gym…and elsewehere. But after several weeks I also notice a little extra acne, so I’ll back off for a week.
I take 4 in the AM on empty stomach. I used to get nasty burps but I found if I drink 32 oz of water with it, the water alleviates the problem. I also take 4 in the afternoon about 2 hours after my workout.
I think it helps. I’m on a calorie restricted T-Dawg diet. I believe the Tribex gives me the added strength to make it through the EDT workout.
I’ve taken Tribex many times before and am usually please with the results in especially in terms of sex drive. I won’t deviate into that any further (since this is ZEB’S post). 8 caps a day 3 in the morning 3 right before my workout and 2 at bedtime. Water helps witht the burpin to an extent. However, since I take soo many different herbs many of which “repeat” and leave my breath smelling unsavory to say the least, I’ve found a product called Breath Assure to help. It’s a capsule you swallow and then you basically burp up a pleasant kinda minty smell.
i never experienced any strength gains from it nor did i expect to. i just like the way i feel but i’m still in the fine tuning process of finding a dosage that i still feel but don’t break out in zits
I’m going the 5 on 2 off cycle. My first day back on I take 4 in the AM and then drop back to 2 for the rest of the cycle. Gives me a nice little kick back on. I tried taking more, but the extra did not help except when I came back on.
I am going to begin Tommorow and try it for 30 days. I will report back here and let you and the others know how Tribex has effected my training…if at all.
