Hey jewishthunder sorry I just saw your comment. It all depends on my schedule man. I usually lift after my 3rd meal. Occasionally I will lift after my 4th or 5th meal.
Any suggestions on a specific lifting time? Ideally I would like to lift after my 4th meal so I can get in carbs with my 5th an hour after my post workout shake. Or that’s what I’ve assumed through research and being told. If you have any tips or tricks you’d like to share that would be great man!
Added the 4th set to each of my workouts today. Defienetly was not as hard as I was expecting. I even decided to do a few extra lifts with each body part. Cardio was prowler pushing around 40 yards with push ups in between each round.

Non stop 180lbs on the prowler. Doesn’t sound like much but it sucks dick!!!
I immediately did the rowing machine 30 second sprint/ 15 second rest. For 10 minutes maybe a little over
Finished up on the elliptical with full resistance. 1 minute sprints 30 second moderate pace. 10 minutes or so.
Didn’t get a chance to wake up and my hour low intensity cardio. I was super tired, I mean it is what it is.
I was really excited about my intensity levels today I just kept going and going and going and goingggggg. Sweating like a pig which is gross but awesome at the same time. Tomorrow I’ll have measurements and an official weight.
2.5 inches off my chest
1 inch off of my waistline (measured at my belly button) I shot up in weight from earlier this week. I came out at 232.8. I guess the test is about to be fully functioning. I actually upped my dosage to 0.75ml e4 days instead of 0.50ml.

So as I started to come off of letro I started taking arimidex again. I went from 1.5/1mg/0.5mg/0.50mg/0.25mg/0.25mg/0.25mg/no dose/0.25mg/ no dose/ 0.25mg/no dose/ no dose (today) I woke up feeling like dog shit. Achy, tired, cold, my stomach was pretty upset as well but I think that was from my cheat meal. Anyways, I decided to take my normal dose of 0.5mg and i am starting to feel a little better. I am going to keep running 0.5 mg every other day or every 3 days. Guess I’ll have to see how my body reacts. I want to wing off of it but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen any time soon. Has anyone else ever felt like they had the flu? I’ve heard of test flu but I’ve been up to 1gram a week on the same stuff and it didn’t happen. I’m wondering if it’s the tren along with estrogen sky rocketing? Any help or knowledge would be appreciated. Thanks!

what was your decision for doing this cycle you don’t look at all like you have had a proper diet or workout routine or even been bbing for very long not trying to be rude just wondering why you decided to do a cycle when you could of lost plenty of fat and made some really good newbie gains at the same time if you nail your nutrition and workout hard?
If your talking about the diet at the beginning of this thread I think its your number issue with everything here. Its been a month or so now and progress hasn’t been phenomenal at this point eseacially considering Tren. I know takes a little while for it to click in but none the less all your pics look essentially identical except better lighting in the more recent ones.
I think you need to change the way your eating big time. I recently had this idea and it made everything 10x better. I was known for running very high cycles 1000-2000mg Test, Stacked with 1000mg of Tren or what ever. I made gains of course didn’t look how I figure that much gear would do.
In just a few months I stopped eating crap and believe it or not I upped my calories and not only did I get better results from the mirror but I was,able to drastically lower my drug doses and still see awesome progress.
I personally think your not eating enough to produce the gains your drugs are capable of. I’m not saying to go and get fat but I promise if your eating… Eggs, Chicken, and Leanish Beef for pro. Rice, Potatoes, Grits, or Oats for Carbs you could double and then some your calories to damn near 4000 a day easily at you hieght and completely recomp your physique.
This being due to the drugs your on but, to the fact that you def jumped the gun getting on gear so you can capitalize on beginner gains as well. Normally had I noticed this post before I would have honestly advised you not to even touch gear and probably would have flammed you till you hated the site and left if you didn’t take the advice. But, your into it pretty deep now and have been a good sport so far.
