DB Hey, thanks. I may just try a little tape, may help it glide up and down with out catching. I dont mind it “grabbing” if it did it on both sides at the same time lol. The scrapers make me get aggresive, kinda in the same way rack pulls do. Love that!

DEAL on the hair, I just added a little lighter on the bottom, fun fun. I actually was thinking about cutting it recently. I saw a really cute pic of keira knightly sp? on a mag cover, and toyed with it for a few days, but then remembered this may be it for the long hair, so I put some color in it instead. Im super lucky Im not grey yet, so I can pull it back with no white/grey “regrowth” line.
Thanks on figure, I really want to see a difference, but my body seems to like getting more tight over gttieng that nice pop like you have, but Im not giving up. I cant complain, Im
happy that I caught back up to where i left off, and now need to get MORE!

recipe is always slightly different. But something like:
2 batches
1 c oats
1 1/2 scoop van pro
2 egg whites 1 whole egg
tsp vanilla or maple
sometimes i add some banana(1/4) or pumpkin(1 tbs) just to change flavor or make more moist.
If I do pumpkin I add pumpkin pie spice
Ive played around with baking powder or cream of tarter to get them fluffier.
I blend in blender then let sit over night to thicken. i would use a grinder but i cant find mine. I cook the whole batch then split in hald to figure out how much/what im eating lol, sometimes they make more if i dont get it thick enough.
I will keep track of grams and such next time i make them, and post it.


and the back with some curl. So the home gym we found, its awesome! Was owned by 2 um ladies.
They barely used it, some things I can tell they never used. The floor mats alone cost almost 500, we got this gym and mats for $950. Its super smooth! We spent all weekend getting it all
picked up and set up. Pretty sure my hub knew I wasnt going to wait more than 5 min for him to put back together, ha!

NEW GYM!!! That’s so nice, UP. Congratulations on scoring that for so cheap. I can’t believe it. LOL! I was all excited when someone in my neighborhood gave me their DB collection last year. This is way better. Like x 1,000 better. Wish we had the space.

Love the hair. No gray here either yet. Knock on wood. I’ve been lucky to be able to keep my natural color, but I just did a keratin straightener after Christmas. Love it. Haven’t had a bad hair day since. Here near the coast, I get there’s just enough humidity to get an annoying frizz going.

Powertec is the rack. It likes its new spot much better, the floor must be off, but in that

I think because I am such a high hip conv.DLer Im going to see if my hips handle the sumos. It will be better for my hammies/glutes. Tried to keep weight low so i didnt rip myself up in my hips. i remember all to well this happening last time, and the pain lasted forever. I did throw in some nice lightish sets of sitting ham curls to really get that firing.

Then lying on bench sideways and did 2#er for the delt making sure to keep arm in delt range, no lat. Small move but really feel it in the right place.

I need to try closer to wall and not go so low to keep that delt working. My lats love to take over everything. Otherwise I love these, super tuff to do, but love how they feel.

Also eating, Im not really good at this, i tend to just auto pilot, but i know I need to figure it out
so there is less “winging” it.

I do tend to eat the same stuff, But trying to make it in different forms. I just hate keeping track, so i always seem to eat the same thing. Its been kinda cool seeing the “scale” numbers, Ive never been much of a scale girl, but it has a nice little pattern. Just getting a little more aggressive again, and adding in a few hiits Im leaning out, but I really need to see where my maintenance really is. I know I used to be able to eat a small farm everyday, and thats not the case anymore, it was fun while it lasted :slight_smile: Not sure where i want to take this, just recomp a bit and go by how Im feeling. Sounds like a cop out, but I truly just dont know, i think I do, then …my goals change or i dont think Im where I need to be at to like the finished product etc.
