Bench was good, I stuck to template, the 90 wasnt a “struggle”, but wasnt easy peasy. Dips felt way harder than I wanted.

Thanks for the understanding. My thinking was a bit desperate in wanting to win that contest. I’m still a little sick, this flu just wants to hang on. I want to kick its virus ass. What killed me is the top squat in the on line contest was 465 for 10 and I did 9 before my hamstring popped. I wanted to smash all those squat wannabees. I absolutely know that if I wasn’t sick I could have done more weight too.

KP you may be right, I am taking some baby steps, it was just a year ago i had that leg thing, that i still dont really know what it was or what caused it, as it didnt happen right then and there. Semmed like any good volume training sesh. That pain is still very vivid. I seriously thought death would be better, Srs. I really don’t want an injury, I realize they are feeling better than ever, and my back …, I barely know I lifted anything, and my legs are finally sore from DLs. But dont worry , anything exciting happens you are usually the first to know ![]()
I am way over thinking this. But I will say the weight doesnt feel heavy anymore, I am trying NOT to sit back so far as that bends me over even more. Im feeling my legs/glutes more but have a hard time staying back , and when I lean forward at all, there goes my strength. i will keep on my ques. it has to get better.

That is grass fed beef made into burrito meat. But I actually did part enchilada sauce and part tacoish. They were to die for. I have been cooking up more of the beef we got from our farmer (I do all raw/fresh milk etc too) and I swear it makes me feel great/stronger? Maybe just the red meat in general, not sure. I also still cant believe you didnt like the surge, I thought it was great, although I am really digging the plasma!

Missed a few training days, but a reload of sorts was probably due, i know when I am about to veer off my path. Its just really challenging when you feel like you have more in you, the tendency to push it, happens more often and I need to take it slow. Besides i have my best training in that sweet spot, and then test it out here and there.
Its been a few months bringing my older templates back. It was a smart thing to do as I love the shape I get from it all. It would be pointless to strip more fat right now. I have a few more months and I will need it all to see any changes, and I feel more confident that i know where I am am what I need to do. It had been a long time just eating whatever, so I really needed to see where my new set point was/is at. Also the time frame i would need to drop any fat for the summer. Anyway…, enough of that.
I did a nice light sesh. and some volume, I was surprised how much it took out of me. i wont post all my training you missed, but it had a little of everything, just lighter weight. Deload is now over. Hit it hard everyone!!!

No FS, and I really missed it after. The rep squats were good for my legs, this time i am doing 1/2 (about) my BW, and keeping reps at 20, going higher just makes the reps sloppy and that mind muscle thing gets lost. Everything today was slow, I am needing to feel what is working, and control it. Was good for me.
You’re great with the poses there, can you teach me? Happy stronger better 2014 for all.
–yeah I tend to slather the butter on what I can. my favourite dessert are ryvita dark rye crackers with butter and honey. I’m thinking the same thing about putting on some musckles, I just have to hide the tape measure, just going to weigh myself twice this month for tracking, good thing I have a little wiggle room in the trousers.
