My right shoulder does not have the flexibility of my left. Feels the same, but if i look in a mirror, can see i need to crank it to get elbows even.
Sometimes It gets worse than the pic, but you can see the difference, which throws off my form too. Sad thing, Im barely back squatting any weight. Good thing this is ME against myself.

I realize I had WAY too many sets going into the PR with incline. I have had to reset my numbers from the last time I ran this. Top set would have been 70/5. After the 80/2x5 I realized I had even more in me, and of coarse had to see if I was correct.
My last top numbers on this were 85/1 and it wasnt as strong as my 90/1 looked.

Had chiro do a adjustment wed., wasnt even sure I was ready to lift today. Got pretty sore after. She says its normal, as the muscles move?

Hi DB, Im not sure. KP jokes I have no clue on my real strength, she may be right. After I was finished, I ended with the feeling “I could have gone heavier” and or “I could have done more reps or sets”. Maybe it was the time to test my max again, but i dont regret it. I just want to be happy with the work i did do. Thanks for popping in!!
