No, but they display patterns of discrimination and tribalism, which is, I think a more accurate term than “racism”.
The members of a troupe of chimpanzees may look identical to the members of another troupe, but each individual is extremely conscious of who belongs to the group and who doesn’t.
Jane Goodall chronicled the interaction of two chimp troupes whose only difference was that one troupe lived north of her feeding station, and the other south. Although relations between the Northsiders and the Southsiders was initially amicable, Jane gradually noticed a cool animosity begin to develop among members of the rival troupes. Before long, this animosity turned into open conflict, with each side sending raiding parties into their rivals’ territory, killing the males and kidnapping the females.
The gang war went on for months, until one side had destroyed the other. Complete genocide, down to the last chimp.
Social animals in general, and primates in particular, are very conscious of who is in their group, and who is not. Not all primates are as ruthless and vicious as chimps, but all will recognize the ones who don’t belong. Humans being the most sophisticated of the primates*, we have been able to hone this innate group consciousness, or tribalism, even sharper than a chimp might.
Humans didn’t invent racism. We inherited it, and modernized it.
Even if humans all had the same color skin, we’d find some reason to hate each other.

- Yes, I said it. Humans are primates, and if you don’t agree, then you don’t know what a primate is.
