Just trying 5/3/1 for first time cuz my goals are changing from hardcore powerlifting and I’ve lost some weight and need a change up from Westside Template. we’ll see how this works.

Monday
Squat: 280x5, 325x5, added belt 370x8

SSB Box Sq: 3x6 @ 225

Zombie Lunge: 2x8/leg @ 135

Box Jumps: 20 total to roughly a 30" box

Side Bends: 4x5/side @ 60lbs

Tuesday
Bench: 215x5, 250x5, 285x11

CG Bench: 3x6 @ 225, 275, 275

DMB Military: 3x8 @ 50s

Rear Delt Flys: 3x10 @ 25s

Push Ups: 35, 20, 20 = 75 @ 270

Thursday

Deadlift—355x5, 410x5, 465x8
really became a cardio, I could’ve grinded one definitely, possibly 2 more

SLDL—3x6—315

Front Squat----3x8----185

Pendlay Row----3x10----225

Ab Pulldown—4x5----140lbs
