Been doing this training for about 3 months now and decided to start posting. I’m going to play catch up and update for the week:

After this I just hit the shoulders from every angle and added in a few sets of biceps.
I am going to re-work this program a little bit before my dead lift day. Any tips, advice, or comments are welcome.

For Day 5? I think? Cardo in the morning followed by this in the afternoon.

Felt really strong today. Focused a lot on form for the DLs. Felt good.
