Trap Bar DLs for Push or Pull Day?

Hey All!

I am on a Push Pull routine right now. I just bought a Trap Bar and I’m not sure if its a Squat or a Pull. Your thoughts are appreciated.

The routine(in case it matters) is
A
Chest
Shoulder
Tris
Abs

B
Back Thickness(Cleans/Rack Pulls)
Back Width(Pullups)
Rows
Bis

I want to add squats to day 1 in the form of Trap Bar or add it to day 2. Workout rotates MWF.

Trap bar deads are great, its a very in between exercise but I’d really just put it where you feel it would be best.

I’d stick it on push day.

I use my trap bar for squats/deads on leg day, rows on back, bis and abs day and shrug/wide grip semi upright rows (using the handles in the plates) on chest, tris and shoulders day. I’ll even use it sometimes for neutral grip bench presses once in a while.

I don’t know how helpful that is, but there ya have it.
