I am about to start Poliquin’s Beginning Bodybuilding Workout, and there is this exercise called Combo Crunch Low Cable Pull-in and he gives this note (Both feet are in straps. Use plate for extra upper body resistance.) Can anyone please tell me how to perform this exercise? I’m assuming that with that kind of name, the exercise takes more than 3 spotters, just kidding.
Get a low cable machine and hook a weight belt to the hook and hold it with your feet. Or get two of those little ankle strap thingys (let me know if I get too techinical) that women use to melt there thighs away and hook both of them to the hook. Now do a crunch by pulling your feet and head together. If they touch, your going too far.
