ok, so i’ve been bulking for a while now, went from 6% to about 12% bf. gained about 25 lbs, so i’m ecstatic!
but i need those abs back for summer, you know with all T-vixens shedding their winter coverings growl
ive been massive eating for a few months, and i need to know how do i transition into a fat loss diet such as T-dawg without shocking my goods way too much!?
right now i’m eating 6-7 meals a day, 300 g protein, 400 g carb, 120 g fat.
currently weight 180lbs at 12% been lifting hardcore T-mag style for about 6 months now.
I was a fat ass as a child, proper training and nutrition have actually revealed a very good body type i grow easily, but unfortunately, gain fat UBER-EASILY.
so how do i make the transition to weight loss i guess is my question.
Don’t really know how much you weigh so the number aspect will be all yours to figure out but it looks as though your protien should stay relatively stable and your carbs will drop/fat go up a little.
As far as how to slide into it? Well, if you have been massive eating correctly, you don’t have to worry about it that much. Your body should be used to getting serious carbs from workout to six hours later and should be oxidizing fat the rest of the day so it wont come as a major shock to your endocrine system to cut down on your carbs unless you eat carbs throughout the day. Assuming however that you fit them all in the six hour window, you probably want to keep your workout, PWO and first PWO solid meal the same. That would presumably be around 150 carbs, but then again I have no clue about your weight and what not. You’d then want to either eat one more moderate carb meal knocking you up to 200-250 and then make the rest of your meals fat (with veggies). After about a week, you can completely cut out the second meal and cut your PWO down to under 100g.
It is completely up to you. Some people go straight into it and other ease, I honestly don’t think you’ll see a big deal either way. If you ease in, you lose a week of dieting but you get your body ready so that it might arguably handle the change better. Who knows. Hope this helps. Best of luck. J.
i’m currently eating nearly 4,000 kCals per day, what caloric intake would you recommend for the maintanance (sp?).
I’m an even 180 #s, and 5’10".
and then what caloric intake would be preferential for the weight loss. I have done ketogenic diets before, but my workouts suffer greatly in the gym. however, i get shredded quick on ketos.
I want maximum fat loss, but want to hold onto my hard earned muscle about as much as a last act circus clown doesn’t want his circus to close down.
what supplements will benefit me most? Should i remain on creatine,i plan on stacking ephedra e/c/a (i can still get it, hehe) and yohimbe, what other supps would be benificial, never done m
Methoxy before, or androgens. I would much rather not do any androgens however.
