Circumcision is a sacred covenant between the creator and the Israelites that has hygienic and health benefits. And it has nothing to do with men who want to emasculate themselves.

And for reasons that I’ve spent hours detailing on this board, there is not good reason to believe that that creator ever existed, and there is great reason to believe he didn’t. Thus, my layman’s designation of batshit crazy stands.

Another layman’s subjective perspective: There is literally no greater emasculation than choosing to believe oneself a slave to an eternal judge before whom one must bow and to whom one must utterly submit, physically and intellectually. So yes, circumcision is emasculating in the absolute.

You may be surprised to learn than, in layman’s terms and from my subjective vantage, I agree. I certainly would worry that I was going nuts if I began wishing I no longer had a dick.
However, if they want to do it, they are free to.

And you may be surprised to learn I don’t necessarily disagree. However, I consider it extremely likely that someone who wishes to do so is nuts and I wouldn’t want them in a position of authority or responsibility.
You may be surprised to learn that I disagree with that blanket statement. Whilst I think many of them are, I know that a considerable number are not. I know a number of Muslims. And whilst they hold disturbing views about Jewish people they are in other respects fairly decent people. I also have much in common with them in terms of social conservatism however they also hold disturbingly misogynistic views. I would also point out the same is true of some of my Lebanese Maronite friends.

To be clear, I’m not saying Muslims aren’t decent people.
Or TG people, or Jews, or Christians, or Mormons.
I think a lot of the things they think and do are baldly unreasonable, but I don’t think they’re indecent and I don’t think they’re stupid, either.
BTW, I offer heartfelt approval of the new avatar.
I think the funniest part of this thread has been SM saying he doesn’t care what the so-called experts have to say, but then keeps spouting like we should be listening to him instead.

Actually the term I used was “so called experts.” I don’t intellectually prostrate myself to anyone who is a designated “expert.” Einstein was a patent office clerk when he developed the theory of relativity.

Could that be “some one that transfixes on others sexuality” ? I just do not get it , I would think a Sex Machine would have been like well a sex machine ![]()
You know at least fucking a lot of beautiful women . But you could I guess be fucking a lot of beautiful people any how you should be fucking a lot and not obsessing about other people fucking

Where have I said anything about people fucking?

You come off pretty jealous of the rest of the world doing what they want sexually? I think you’re on a bit of a dry spell and you’re pretty pissed off at what other people are doing. At the very minimum you’re certainly thinking about gays and transgendered people more than anyone else on this forum. Usually those who protest loudest are the most curious and the ones that get caught with the same sex.
You come off as pretty angry and lonely. Honestly it’s a bit sad. I hope one day you can get through a day without being so pissed off at what everyone else in the world is doing. You’d probably be a lot more happy.

Lol. There may very well be some truth in that. However I’m not protesting loudly that I’m straight. I don’t give a shit whether you think I’m gay or not. I’m perfectly comfortable with who I am.

I don’t think you’re gay, it just seems you think about gays much more than the average bloke. As for being comfortable with who you are, why not be comfortable with how other people are? You aren’t changing anything, just raising your own blood pressure and post count.
Why not be comfortable with other people’s beliefs? You’re not changing anything. You’re only raising your blood pressure and post count.
I’m much too bored with PWI these days, and too busy otherwise, to contribute much. So, I’ll refrain from the bulk of the discussion. Though, I imagine most who frequent the board could imagine my position.
At any rate, I too wanted to make sure a misunderstanding was cleared up…She is not a Catholic Priest. She is Episcopalian.

I’m just curious to know what people think about a priest castrating himself, dressing as a woman and holding sermons encouraging others to do the same. Would you say a man who has his penis and balls removed is mentally ill? Would he make a good community and spiritual leader? Would you be happy for him to teach your children?[/quote]
I believe this is female to “male” from what I’ve read. A She (no, I won’t lie to myself on behalf of PC and start calling her a he).

I wonder what sort of surgery could achieve an outcome like that? On second thought, I don’t want to know.
So what is the point of this thread again? The summary of this story is a person with a possible mental disorder but has normal communication and human interaction skills is giving a speech for a private organization that none of us are probably members of. Has this kind of thing never happened before?
What is the course of action we should take to prevent this from happening again?

Did you not study history in lieu of psychology?

Hard to get laid when you’re recovering from a major injury.
