Since im new at bodybuilding, i decided to post here. Im wondering, If i eat 6 meals a day, should it be big meals or small, and is their a way it might not work and ill get fat instead, im 5’10 at 146…and never bodybuilded before.
You need to determine your daily caloric needs first and then split it up throughout the day over 6 meals or so. Read Massive Eating Parts 1 and 2 to get started. Links should be in the FAQ.
